Both bottles were dirty and one was partially open (seal broken). Luckily there was no leakage. No problems with previous purchase so no harm no foul. Product and bottles are still functional.
I spent a lot of money and still don't have all the parts I need. I understand I wasn't getting the pipe, but I'm still having to go to other stores to get the the piece that transitions from the ceiling box to the pipe through the attic. Very disappointed in this.

Ordered several pieces for our gas fireplace chimney. Was easy to connect the parts. The only downside was several pieces delivered at different times with the last piece on back order and had to wait several weeks. Customer service was very helpful. AI service was not helpful, took several emails back and forth before I realized I was trying to get answers from AI.

I thought I had ordered the double wall black pipe and received the single wall. The job location is 2 hours and 20 minutes from my shop. I was not a happy camper. I guess I may need to double check everything next time.
I am grateful that I could find a locally made bellows. And I always like to support our Canadian neighbors for the ash bucket & scoop. They know wooodstove tools.

I wasn't sure it was going to fit my need. It does, sort of. Both ends are female. I was hoping one end was male. So, I have purchased a second one from Northline Express and 2 pipe connectors from local store that will work. I didn't want to go that route, but it will do.
2nd order shipped and was delivered a lot quicker than the 1st. Will definitely keep this site bookmarked for future needs.

Then when I decided to cancel my order, all of a sudden, the order was being processed and I was told it couldn't be canceled. Will never order from you again.
