Strange they made me call to confirm my address and information when it was an online order otherwise they would have canceled my order. All of my information was accurate. Said it was because it was such a larger order - it was $300. It took several attempts to get through which was frustrating, otherwise, I would purchase from them again. Seems like an unnecessary step.
The liner is high quality and the shipment was fast. The 7-in 35-ft liner that I ordered came on a truck by freight, but the 6-in 35 foot liner came by regular UPS and showed up on my porch within 3 days.
