I'm very impressed with the quality and appearance of the grate. No casting flaws or other issues with the grate. The size we needed is a bit hard to find but this one is an exact replacement. Our fireplace gets a pretty good workout and we think this one will last a long while

The screen we bought from eFireplace store was $200.00 + cheaper for the same band and style that is offered with a national chain. EFireplace delivered screen with 5 business days national chain store est. Delivery we 4 to 6 weeks.
The screen that we choose is well constructed with lot os esthetic appeal for a great price!

Buying a replacement remote for our fireplace was very convenient and straight to the point. It was easy to find the model I needed. The shipping was very fast and we received an online operating manual before receiving the remote to make sure we had one. I would highly recommend using the efireplace store for your purchasing needs.

We were able to find a blower to fit our Empire Wood stove on the site. It was delivered in a week. Easy install. Just waiting for the weather to get cold enough to try it out.

I could not get the thermostat to work. Luckily, I still have the old one that I was replacing so I re-installed that and now everything is working perfectly.

We research several options for the space we had for an electric fireplace. This fit perfectly and was easy to put together.

Our fireplace remote was not working. One of your representatives spent time with me to get the appropriate remote. He waw knowledgeable and eager to help. Good rep for your company. When we received the remote a few days later, we had trouble getting it to work. I called and spoke with the same rep (Nathan i think). He spent significant time with me trying to solve the problem and in the end, we are enjoying our new remote.

Was hesitant to order a Console Heater on line as I have in the past been scammed. I did my research and found that the Empire 65K btu, visual flame face console heater with thermostats control mounted on unit, would best fit my needs, also, very similar to what I have now. I called and spoke with this Gentlemen and he was able to put my mind at ease with all the concerns that I had. (Scam, would this heat up to 1200 square, delivery, etc.,) I do think that it is overpriced a bit but it's what I need.
The gentlemen explained to me how long the Company has been in business and that they have an A+ rating with the BBB.
I'm having that unit installed as I write this right now, so if there are any issues, I will let you know. Thank You, Nick DeHerrera
