Transaction involved a return and exchange do to first product not fitting small firebox and not being able to center the unit. Lynden did a wonderful job in authorizing a return and exchange for a more appropriate product. All went smoothly and quickly and we now have a beautiful fireplace with all the bells and whistles. Kudos to Lynden for remaining calm and providing helpful assistance. GREAT COMPANY
I'm happy with the replacement cover. It seems to be a better quality than the original though that one lasted many seasons but a storm caused a large branch to land on the unit and tear the cover. I'll have to see how this one lasts but I expect it will be many seasons.

Lightening struck my home and damaged several components in the house including the linear fireplace control module. My part arrived sooner than I expected and was able to get my fireplace working again before the Thanksgiving get together at my home.

We are happy with our order however it was a painful process to order. The sales team member we interacted with on several occasions was very minimal and laid back. We needed precise direction and timely responses. Maybe he isn't paid commission, seemed very unmotivated to make our sale. Customer service was average.

Woodhaven Firewood Rack was easy to put together and well built. The cover is very nice as well. Fully stacked with firewood and it is very sturdy, nice looking, holds the wood very well.
