Wow... from the time I asked for a quote and time I received my custom cover for my outdoor BBQ my interaction with customer service and the fit, quality of the final product was outstanding! I needed a custom cover because my BBQ, while in great shape, was 25 years old and the manufacturer no longer made a cover. I tried generic covers but they were too large and not fitted well enough - were always getting blown off by the wind. I sent pictures of my BBQ with dimensions and Custom Covers came back with a mock up of the cover with questions in a very timely manner. I approved the final mock up and they went to production and I had my cover within a week for a very reasonable price. Nice work and will recommend you and use you again!

Fabric longer on one side on both shades. Fabric not cut straight on length. So at the end of the day, all rolled up they both hang longer on one end. So embarrassing! What happened to quality control? No instructions! What are the use of the bungee cords?

These are one tough fabric a bit oversized? But the tie downs are a little weak I would have used a single. 125" sheath cable steel wrap with metal clamp-lock. This planet comes with wind installed at times and those weak plastic clamp locks will just slip apart. Oh look honey on the neighbors car next door our covers are there, quick get them. Please take time to redesign the hold down system, it's not very difficult. Thank you!

Tarp was received 4 days earlier than projected. Workmanship, stitching, grommets are all done well. I ordered 28 x 11, but received 28 x 12. The material was scuffed in several places apparently during manufacturing because the bubble wrap around it and outer shipping bag was in tact.

After purchasing cover needed to modify the rendering. People on phone speak terrible English making it difficult. After modifying I am waiting for delivery. Then call them to find out they want $ 5.82 for modifications which wasn't told to me originally. There website has no link to make that payment and it took 5 calls for them to send me a link. I sent the money and 2, weeks later called looking for my delivery. They couldn't find payment that was made. I then had it with the group of idiots and went to cancel my order. Then they said will send the cover anyway even they I paid the extra amount. Finally got it 2 months later and it blows of the grille with the slightest wind. GARBAGE!

Ordered a triangular shade sail for my side yard. Size was a bit off and too many D rings so Covers and All gladly replaced. Shade sail is great looking and durable and came at a great price. When ordering just make sure you're clear on sizing and D ring placement. Purchasing the hanging hardware may be a wise choice for those that aren't that handy, I rigged mine up myself. Again, great product and great price.

We've ordered many covers before. All where great. This one for some reason was lighter weight and had an elastic band on the bottom which makes it very difficult to put on and take off

I appreciate the back-and-forth to try and get the dimensions right but it still didn't end up fitting right in the end. When spending 345 USD it should fit just right!

Ordered 2 chaise lounge covers, a table cover, and two stacked chair covers. Despite giving them the many measurements they requested, I was repeatedly asked for information that I had already provided. Communication was difficult, as production is in India, and they apparently use translation software for email. After expressing my displeasure at the process, I was handed off to someone at Group Bayport, the parent company in Georgia. Despite being told that she would manage my order, I never heard from her again. In the end, only the table cover fit well. They insist on adding to the measurements to allow the covers to be taken on and off easily, but it simply makes them baggy, with the bottom of the cover laying on the ground.
