We recently ordered a triangular custom-sized sunshade from Covers & all. We read through the process of providing measurements very carefully. We did include mounting hardware in addition to understanding that this would reduce the measurements even further.
We were very excited to get our shade. We received the shade. I started by installing the two mounting brackets on one wall. As I attached the shade and stretched it to the third attachment point (the opposite wall) I realized that the shade was considerably undersized. Nearly two feet short of what was needed to reach the other wall. No matter how far I extended the mounting hardware, it just would not fit. The first two points of attachment were also stretched to the maximum to be able to accommodate the provided shade.
In addition to this, the measurements that were provided to Covers & all were symmetrical so that the triangle would look even as it stretched across the two walls. Unfortunately, one leg of the triangle was shorter than the other leg so it looked uneven and crooked.
We quickly notified Covers & all of the situation. After waiting two days for a response they asked us to provide them detailed photos and videos of the shade. We had to lay the shade out completely flat, and video a tape measure next to each leg of the shade. I understand this, but they also wanted photos of their label, overall photos, etc...A quite lengthy process to demonstrate their error. We had to load the videos and photos up to a remote site to be able to transfer them. In addition, they wanted to get the exact measurements that would fit. We waited and waited, and waited.
Finally, I followed up with them after not hearing back for a few days. They responded that when we video'd the shade it was not laying completely flat and we needed to redo the whole process. This was a complete way of further complicating the process in hopes that we would just stop because of the drawn-out complicated requests. I assured them that the shade was completely stretched and that the measurements were accurate that we provided.
It's funny that a company that produces a shade nearly 2 feet to short, and uneven measurements calls someone out on their measurements especially when they are provided with the requested photo and video evidence.
I had such high hopes. But as with anything you look at the customer reviews before you order something to verify that it is a quality company. Not until something goes wrong do you start realizing that other reviewers had similar situations.
While they were slow on the communications to resolve the situation. Which was not resolved. They were sure quick to close out the ticket. We're sitting here now with a shade that will not fit. They've offered 40% off if we choose to reorder.
It is time to take this to our credit card company. I can only advise you to think twice if you think this is a company that will stand behind its product.

Exact measurements were provided and covers came back 2" short not 1". No matter how much force is applied the covers simply will not fit. Tried to get some help from customer service and they demanded I sent multiple extremely detailed photos and videos to prove they made a mistake. Despite very clear evidence they refused to replace the covers. Not even offering some form of compromise. Now they are only good for the trash. Couldn't be a worse company to deal with. You are guaranteed to lose your money with this company.

Yardbird recommended Covers & All to make a cover for one of their Langdon armless inserts that they did not/could not make. The process was simple with only two follow-up emails to confirm dimensions, and the promptly shipped product fit like a glove. Also the covers color is close enough to our Yardbird sectional cover that it's not noticeable at first glance.

We ordered two cushion covers for our outdoor chairs. They were made to the exact measurements, appear to be very good quality and the fabric was as pictured on the site. The process did take several weeks, from ordering to receiving, but the price was the best that I could find.

The waterproof sun shade is custom size. Quick delivery and is actually waterproof. Color was as described and the custom size is exact per measurements we provided. One suggestion is to provide necessary hardware for attaching shade or to have options on website to purchase hardware.

Tie down system is not best. I strung a single string through the entire cover vs the 4 it came with.
