I have a very oddly shaped sectional outdoors. The customer service team knew my measurements were slightly off and reached out immediately. The measurements were fixed, the cover was made, and it was shipped to me extremely fast. The quality of the material used was top-notch. You send emails EVERY DAY announcing discounts but this is the third time we buy something from you and not once we have received a discount or anything from you guys. Especially when you know you are expensive.

The open side did not completely close do I will have to get grommets put in to attach strings.
