Ordered 2 chaise lounge covers, a table cover, and two stacked chair covers. Despite giving them the many measurements they requested, I was repeatedly asked for information that I had already provided. Communication was difficult, as production is in India, and they apparently use translation software for email. After expressing my displeasure at the process, I was handed off to someone at Group Bayport, the parent company in Georgia. Despite being told that she would manage my order, I never heard from her again. In the end, only the table cover fit well. They insist on adding to the measurements to allow the covers to be taken on and off easily, but it simply makes them baggy, with the bottom of the cover laying on the ground.
Ordered a custom tapered Fire Pit cover, but received a rectangular cover which wasn't what I needed or ordered!

We ordered our custom cushion covers online, and we received a fabric that is not what we ordered. When they sent the swatch kit to verify, the swatch kit samples did not match the options on the website. No one was able to provide any answers or help to fix the situation. Very disappointing.

Although I intended to purchase only one cover, I ended up with two different covers in my order invoice—along with a store credit. I believe the second cover was added by the designer, as the one I selected was for an air conditioner, while I was actually ordering a cover for my well pressure tank, which is cylindrical in shape. I chose the air conditioner cover because I had purchased one four years ago, and the material has held up exceptionally well. I simply wanted a similar cover for my well pressure tank but wasn't sure how to place the correct order. When I spoke with a customer service representative, I was advised to select the air conditioner cover and enter the measurements of my tank—when, in fact, I should have been directed to the Cylinder Cover page instead. Since the cover I selected was technically incorrect, it would have made more sense to replace it with the correct one, rather than charge me for both and issue a store credit. I then had to contact customer service to request a refund of the overcharge, which was eventually credited back to my card. Had I not followed up about the store credit, it would have expired in six months—leaving me out $136.00. That's why I found the entire process confusing.

My husband measured the cover we needed and changed the color to light blue but didn't tell me that was the strongest material. When I called with our debit card to pay, the man I spoke to was great but didn't tell be if I changed the color, which I did, it would down grade the fabric. After I found this out, I asked customer service at least two separate times if we were due a refund. Both times my ticket was closed without a response! Can someone check this for me?

I had a good experience. When orders it shows a approx ship date. I did not realize until its was shipped that they are made out of the country, but once shipped it arrived within a few days. All communications were thru email.
