I purchased two outdoor roller shades with roll up/down wands. When the shades arrive there were no install instructions, directions, links to videos, or any thing in the tube with my over $300 order. I used the Covers and All Chatbot, email, phone service multiple times and NONE of the support staff had a clue on what an "outdoor shade" was, nor were they able to send me the correct information on how to use all the parts included in the two shades. EVERY SINGLE SUPPORT PERSON I talked or chatted with was fixated on instructing me how to do an "outside mount" for a shade and kept sending me videos on that. They apparently have no instructions how to install an outdoor shade, nor how to use all the multi use parts. I ended up looking at their competitor's site (Coolaroo) and copied their instructions on how to hang the shades. Mostly it was by guesswork and what should have taken less than an hour took me over 4 hours to work to do this alone. This is by far the worst lack of product instruction considering how much I spent that I've ever encountered. Each customer rep was friendly, but they had no clue. I'd never order anything from them again.
