I thought when I wrote above would be enough but if you must, but I initially ordered the cushions I thought I had selected both cushion and cover but upon reviewing my order email the day after I placed the order, I noted that it showed cover only. I was really ecstatic about the price of just the covers but was able to get in touch with via chat to make sure that cushions came with the covers. I got the line that my order had already gone to production but I thought you better be able to add the cushions or I'm going to be really upset. So it did happen and it actually doubled the cost of the cushions. After looking all over the Internet for pre-made 14 inch by 14 inch cushions and seeing the prices they were offering, this custom job was really a pretty good deal especially given that there was a 25% off sitewide sale.

I ordered a lot of covers for all of our new outdoor furniture. Our furniture is from Serena and Lily and while they sell covers to fit their furniture, the standard cover for the modular couch we bought wouldn't fit because we configured the couch differently. I wanted all of the covers to match, so I searched for custom cover companies. I'm glad I came across covers and all... all of our covers fit perfectly and as a bonus, I could pick the color (which I like better than the Serena and Lily option), and as an extra bonus, the overall cost ended up being cheaper. I really appreciate how covers and all sent mockups for approval and verified all of the measurements (some of which I adjusted before placing the final orders)... the covers fit perfectly and look great. (I just put them on, so will have to see how they hold up to the test of time, but they look and feel like they are high quality.)

I ordered a 12 x 24 foot cover for our Pergola. I thought i had ordered a white one. When it came in it was actually blue. I need to return the incorrect one. Need a RA # and a return label to get our money back. I reordered the correct one and it has arrived. Please sent a return label so i can ship out the wrong one. I have also sent 2 sets of pictures.

Received the product damaged. It was severely bent in a flimsy cardboard tube. It looked like someone tried to retape the bent section to make it look more straight. When I took the product out of the tube, it was bent pretty bad and had a big dent on top of the frame. I called, emailed, did live chats, opened query tickets, sent video and pictures of the damaged product to no avail. Customer service is absolutely horrible. I won't be buying from this company again. That's why I filed a case with PayPal to get my money back.

Extremely positive experience from ordering through delivery. Shopping through options, I accidentally placed the order for the wrong color cover. I was hesitant to use the website. I thought it would be complicate. The process of ordering was very ease. The cover was delivered in a timely fashion. It covers the sectional very nicely. The only suggestion would be to have directions. I have kinda pocket like things on the the outside not sure what their function is.
