I purchased a cover for my BBQ. The cover material meets expectations. But, it has a large zipper down the front. They install a wimpy plastic zipper that is not going to hold up. The zipper failed within one year. And, conveniently, they won't warranty the zipper. They offered to sell my another zipper. But, if I'm going to pay someone to put it in, I'll source a heavy duty zipper. Edit: After posting this review, someone from the company reached out. They offered to replace the entire cover for the meager cost of shipping. That is a fair correction. However, I know that I'm on borrowed time with the same zipper design. If the company takes their product seriously, they'll incorporate a heavy-duty zipper for outdoor applications.

Found this company on-line and read through the reviews and decided to place an order for an outdoor L sectional and table from West Elm.
The instructions on how to measure were straight forward and made even easier with a step by step picture guide to ensure accurate measurements.
Before the actual production, I was sent a schematic of the cover so that I could recheck my measurements.
The covers were a perfect fit, with no sags or gaps and had just enough space to comfortably put them on.

I placed the order with measurements as directed online. The Company reverted back the next day with a set of cover sketches and dimensions for confirmation. After a few back and forth confirming details on measurements, I confirmed that the designer builds in 1-2 inches of extra width and length to allow easier putting on and taking off. As the Couch and chairs have 2" legs, I went 1" shorter on the depth so that the elastic corners could fit snugly on the legs, thus keeping the sides of the covers off the ground. The order was confirmed and actually arrived two days ahead of estimated delivery. Each cover came in a nice little bag. The craftmanship is excellent and the covers fit very well. I would definitely order from these guys again.

The team was amazing working on this--they wanted to make sure the measurements were correct. After looking at my photos --they picked up that some of my cushions were Bolster types. And even then their expertise shined when my measurements didn't make sense. I am very pleased with this company! And the quality or material as well. They did not proceed until everything was officially finalized.

I thought when I wrote above would be enough but if you must, but I initially ordered the cushions I thought I had selected both cushion and cover but upon reviewing my order email the day after I placed the order, I noted that it showed cover only. I was really ecstatic about the price of just the covers but was able to get in touch with via chat to make sure that cushions came with the covers. I got the line that my order had already gone to production but I thought you better be able to add the cushions or I'm going to be really upset. So it did happen and it actually doubled the cost of the cushions. After looking all over the Internet for pre-made 14 inch by 14 inch cushions and seeing the prices they were offering, this custom job was really a pretty good deal especially given that there was a 25% off sitewide sale.

I ordered a lot of covers for all of our new outdoor furniture. Our furniture is from Serena and Lily and while they sell covers to fit their furniture, the standard cover for the modular couch we bought wouldn't fit because we configured the couch differently. I wanted all of the covers to match, so I searched for custom cover companies. I'm glad I came across covers and all... all of our covers fit perfectly and as a bonus, I could pick the color (which I like better than the Serena and Lily option), and as an extra bonus, the overall cost ended up being cheaper. I really appreciate how covers and all sent mockups for approval and verified all of the measurements (some of which I adjusted before placing the final orders)... the covers fit perfectly and look great. (I just put them on, so will have to see how they hold up to the test of time, but they look and feel like they are high quality.)

I ordered a 12 x 24 foot cover for our Pergola. I thought i had ordered a white one. When it came in it was actually blue. I need to return the incorrect one.
