Despite going back and forth on design, giving them the link to and dimensions of the actual couch, measuring 5 times…this is what they came up with. And when I complained they wanted me to VIDEO MYSELF MEASURING EVERY DIMENSION. Like girl, I sent you the exact dimensions on the website for the listing!

I initially provided pictures and dimensions. Additional dimension were then requested and draft design was provided. This design was different than I envisioned so another round of requested changes. This then required providing additional dimensions and a second design design proposal. When I approved what I thought would be the final design it went thru and another review cycle that resulted in more design changes to make it more manufacturable as well as ease of installation (added Velcro splits on one side and for the chimney cover).

I ordered a custom cover and the material is much thinner than I expected. The material on the free but unnecessary storage bag is much thicker and a lot nicer. The storage bag material is what I expected on the expensive cover. The cover is however the correct size and fits well.

Had three covers made for my boat seat. Covers & all rep was very thorough in making sure all my measurements were accurate and the product was to my specs before starting production. The end result fits perfect and the quality is much higher than universal covers I've tried in the past. Definitely will be using for more projects in the future!

I ordered a custom cover for my firepit. I am currently working with designers for my large barbecue. The designers were great to work with. They respond immediately. I uploaded a picture and they actually reached out with a suggestion I hadn't noticed. The material was heavy duty and looks great. I got a custom cover with better material than a nonfitting buyout for the same price. Great product, great service you can't go wrong

I purchased a cover for my BBQ. The cover material meets expectations. But, it has a large zipper down the front. They install a wimpy plastic zipper that is not going to hold up. The zipper failed within one year. And, conveniently, they won't warranty the zipper. They offered to sell my another zipper. But, if I'm going to pay someone to put it in, I'll source a heavy duty zipper. Edit: After posting this review, someone from the company reached out. They offered to replace the entire cover for the meager cost of shipping. That is a fair correction. However, I know that I'm on borrowed time with the same zipper design. If the company takes their product seriously, they'll incorporate a heavy-duty zipper for outdoor applications.
