After ordering, there were plenty of emails to me confirming size and shape of my griddle and grill and that back and forth confirmation process lasted about a week over email which made me believe it would take forever to get these. However, after confirmation was done, they shipped very quickly.

They gave me some hassle with the 2-year warranty because apparently it does not cover "weather" damage but they ended up giving me a partial credit to buy a new, higher density shade. Cover came six days after you said it would. When calling to order and when checking why it was late, the people's accents were so strong, it was very hard to understand them. The cover does fit, and appears to be well made, but only time will tell as to the quality.

Be careful of paying extra for shipping they won't deliver it for the time you paid for. There is no wording or notification that even if you pay for expedited shipping it won't come at that time. If you chose this company just do the standard shipping. When I tried to resolve the issue their chat team was rude and cut the chat off before I was finished answering their questions. In the end I asked for my money back in the extra shipping fees since it wasn't coming by the date I paid for. After a bunch of back and forth and automated emails they were only able to give me 50% back of what I paid for in extra shipping. I won't be using this company again or would recommend it to friends and family.

The process to get the cover designed was a nightmare. Emailing back and forth with people who don't even read your comments or instructions as to what the custom cover and specifications were coming from me.
It took me over (30) emails and responses to get across to the people on the other end what it was that I was looking for even after I had sent photos and measurements several times

And when I complained they wanted me to VIDEO MYSELF MEASURING EVERY DIMENSION. Like girl, I sent you the exact dimensions on the website for the listing!
