The quality of these pieces is outstanding. I was disappointed upon receiving the items to see that the color (although both navy) was a bit different between the cushion cover and the pillow covers. Although slow, customer service has been polite, understanding and efficient. I would 100% shop here again for any of my custom cover needs because outside of the coloring issue -- the quality is exceptional --

Ordered a customized sectional cover and made a mistake on one of my measurements. Luckily they picked up the error and the cover was made to the correct specifications and we love it. Our last cover from another company was not waterproof so this new cover is just awesome.

The website is not easy to follow. The photos the company uses to feature the products are not clear. The company claims I ordered two identical products within 20 minutes of each other which I am disputing.
Customer service was helpful, outdoor cushion covers arrived on time. They fit perfectly and I love the quality. Affordable! I ordered more immediately.
Wrong and wrong color multiple orders redone. Wrong each time. I ordered fabrice beige on last order and i get gray. This is after confirming with tech and specifically stressing exactly what i wanted. They still got it wrong. Very very dissatisfied. They didn't even refund ir compensate me. Wasted money and materials im stuck with that i can not use.
I looked everywhere for replacement pillows for my patio couch but for some reason it wasn't a normal size so this was my last resort. Turns out they are great quality and very sturdy. Very well made. You never know what kind of product you will get when shopping online, but I was pleasantly surprised with these!

Considering the devastating impact Covid is having I'm impressed they were only delayed by a week.
