My order took over a month to ship and after back and forth dialogue with the designer I received a cover that didn't fit properly. The final design was never received for review and approval before the cover was made. I tried calling and spoke with a customer service representative who told me that I would have to file a compliant if the cover was not correct because it was already in process. I submitted multiple photos with measurements to facilitate sizing. It's frustrating that I was unable to approve the final design and double check measurements because now I have an expensive cover that is too big.

The order and delivery service are great. Where to measure for fit is very clear, no need to adapt your measurements for getting cover on and off as they allow a tolerance as stated. Follow instructions on website, you can't go wrong. I ordered the fabric faced cover it looks very smart, my only criticism is that the seams are sewn slightly puckered so the the tabletop part doesn't lie completely flat, hence the 4 stars. There is no commercially available cover as far as I can see that is the correct size, so overall I am happy with my purchase.

Had a specific delivery timeline based on international travel itinerary. Upgrading the shipping to "priority" (at extra cost) indicated the order would be delivered in the required timeframe. That did not happen. Only after repeated outreach did I get a response from Covers refunding the upgraded shipping cost. I've not seen the product & cannot speak to the quality as I had to depart before the product arrived.

First cover for our spa was very good. Fit, construction and had a heavy feel due to the weight of the material. We purchased another cover expecting similar quality but were slightly disappointed in the new cover. The cost was much higher but the material quality feels much lower than the original cover. Time will tell.

The price seemed reasonable in the market, the process of getting approval of the design before proceeding was sound and the items were as expected. The one thing that could be improved is to provide notification and tracking of the delivery, which is something we get with most online purchases. We had no idea when they were coming and then they just turned up without notification.

The product stuck of chemicals when I received it. I washed it in the tub once, then drained the water & rinsed it with Downey to get rid of the smell, but some of the liquid Downey stuck to the cover, so I drained the water again and scrubbed off the Downey and it smells better now. I also don't like the fact that the tag says the cover is flammable & to avoid danger of suffocation please keep this cover away from children. I haven't put it in the backseat yet to see how it fits.

I found the measurements were out slightly smaller than I said but managed to add some wood in the gap to make fit
Also some parts missing to tie down the roller blind so had to buy own from Amazon
