I ordered 8 items and to date have only received 2. I had to reach out to explain that my order was incomplete. Initially I was told by Covers & All that the entire order had been shipped and it was FedEx's fault. Later, it was explained that the 6 missing items in fact had not been shipped. I was told they would ship in 5-7 days and then it would take another 4 days to receive them.
Track in my was difficult to understand. Seems this product is custom made and delivered from India.
Easy to find what your looking for on site. This is our third order and have not been disappointed. The top of the line covers are awesome. We got the elastic corners and grommets just in case. These covers stand up to 60 mph winds no problem and that is only relying on the elastic corners. Have not needed to tie them down yet.
This is where we will be getting all our covers from now on.

We ordered a custom cover. The designer was very detailed in asking for measurements and we ended up with a cover that fit perfectly. The quality appears to be great, but it hasn't yet rained so time will tell. Overall, great company!
I have looked for over 10 years for outdoor round seat cushions covers that fit the vintage wire Homecrest chairs. My parents bought the table and chairs in 1965. The set is still in great shape but the round seat cushions were toast. It was worth the wait as the covers fit and look great.
