I requested a quote for a custom design cover for an outdoor heater. Received the product couple of days ago. Very good quality and fit.
Fast service, the company made sure my measurements were correct by asking for pictures with tape measure present. At first, I was like my measurements are correct, why do they doubt me. But now I know they take pride and want to ensure a perfect fit for the customer. Two thumbs up.

It took about a week longer than the initial shipping date to receive my cushion covers, but not too bad during a global pandemic. I didn't realize they were shipping from India, but the shipping itself was pretty fast. The material feels sturdy and looks nice except for the wrinkles from shipping. Fabric label says "do not iron" so hopefully the wrinkles will work themselves out. The zippers seem good quality too.

I was searching for a cover for our new fire pit table and after looking at all the companies online that made them, I chose Covers & All. I had some reservations about the quality and fit, especially since Covers & All were the lowest price for a custom cover. When I received the cover, I was very pleased with the material, and when I laced it on the fire pit table, I was incredibly pleased at the fit and appearance. It fit PERFECTLY, including just barely touching the outdoor rug with absolutely no "bunching." The website is intuitive and very easy to use, and the product, delivery and price was perfect. I could not ask for a better experience and highly endorse Covers & All.

Wish we would have known the string to tighten cover is very thin and we cannot get it to pull tight enough to even make the cover go on any tighter without fear that it is going to break cover itself very nice and heavy wish only clip straps available because I dont feel the string is really an option that should be offered for this heavy of a cover
I had never ordered any cushion covers and I was a bit hesitant but I am extremely happy with the cover I ordered it fit perfectly! I will definitely be ordering additional covers!
I sent them the measurements a number of times. I even added an inch or two to make sure the cover fit as I was apprehensive about the custom design. After 6 weeks of delays it finally shipped. When it arrived and I attempted to put it on it was too small in some parts. That's a really expensive cover that likely will never get used. The whole process is something I regret.

The rectangle cushion cover I order was better than expected. The color was just as pictured and the workmanship was beautiful. No crooked seams, or hanging threads. The zipper was heavy duty and should hols up well. The measurements I sent were sewn exactly as needed. So glad I ordered from Covers & All.
