At this point I haven't received it. Tracking shows it's coming from another country so I guess this company just takes ur order then sends to their source in another country for cheap. Had I known I would have just used alabiba etc myself
I like the quality of the product but the shipping takes too long. Also when I called to check on the shipment status, I found out that there was a second item that I supposedly submitted and tried to cancel it because the measurements didn't fit anything I own but was told I couldn't cancel it even though it was made it? Why not? Now I have a very odd shaped cover that I can't use for anything... ugh!...
We were having a problem finding covers for our two patio tables. We came across Covers & All and were impressed with how easy it was to design custom furniture covers. Good materials and other options. We plan on future orders with Covers & All and recommend this company to others.
I measured my outdoor cabinets and followed the instructions on the website. It was super easy. The custom covers arrived quickly and are way nicer than I expected. We obsessively cover all of our outdoor furniture and have bought covers from various places and these are BY FAR the best!
I still haven't received my covers 2 months after I ordered them. They were having trouble with material but I finally have a tracking number. They shipped from overseas somewhere.

It's made out of this very thick heavy gauge plastic. Seams are tough and cords are helpful but it's very hard to pull because of the thickness of the product. Easy to clean compared to my other covers. Sides are reinforced, pocket for easy on and off. Water proof, washable. 100% happy.

Your order was placed on 20 April with Standard Ground shipping for delivery by 7 May. It was dispatched on 4 May and with a typical transit time of 2 days should have reached you on time. Regrettably, despite using global shipping leaders FedEx / UPS for delivery, transit delay is outside our area of control. We see that the order was delivered on 10 May due to delay enroute.

Placed my first order with Covers & All and am very pleased. I have a Viking BBQ grill with non-standard dimensions and the C&A order process produced a cover that fits perfectly. I chose the most durable fabric and it should last a long time.
I just placed my second order for an outdoor fireplace cover.
Overall placing the order was great. Since I did it myself. Received an email that my order would be a bit longer and sent a new delivery date. Delivery date cam and went. No order. I called and that's when it all began, there is no customer service. The calls are scripted and I believe sent to a out of the country. I called over 4 times in a 3 week period asking about my order. No one was able to help and all they could say, was due to Covid? What does Covid have the do with putting my order in the mail? Finally after a month from the expected delivery date I received my order. One of the cushion zippers was stripped and didn't work.

They were very attentive and communicate very well. Received the cover about 3 weeks after we finalised the measurements which were complex. All the pocket handles were upside down for some reason but very durable material.
Covers & All was so professional and ensured that the measurements were correct. We were so pleased with the product and as soon as the cover was placed on the large outdoor cooler, it started raining and did a superb job of protecting the piece of furniture. Would definitely use again!

We are happy to cancel and refund any item on your order as long as it has not moved into production. All our covers are handmade and go through various stages in production. Thus, while to you the order may appear to remain "In Production" for several days, in fact the pieces may have been cut to size already. Regrettably, when you contacted us on 3 May, your order had been 'cut' which is why we were forced to turn down your request to cancel.
