Ordered a cover for my Jeep hardtop (when it is removed). Custom fit, color, and logo. Happy with the fit and materials used. Shipping took longer than expected, but production is in India and they are having a tough time with the pandemic so I think they still did pretty good.
Finally got the ottoman cover, took 3 weeks, then showed up in a burgundy color, I ordered a tan. But quality is good and since most everything is in short supply I'll keep it.

Phoenix sun is intense so my new patio chair covers faded quickly. I took a chance on Covers & All, and they did not disappoint me! The price was less than anything I found, and my seat cushions and back cushions will last for a long, long time. Love the custom fit! Heavy duty material, and zippers are well made. I ordered a cover for my sandbox and a cover for my grill. I customized the grill cover with a logo and it turned out great. Both products look great and them seem pretty heavy duty. They both arrived very quickly considering they're made in India. I think it was around a week. Very pleased.
I wasn't sure about this company when I decided to place my order but I thought I'd give it a shot because I couldn't find what I was looking for anywhere else. I was pleasantly surprised when my package arrived and I saw the finished product. The color was a little different than I was expecting, but I actually like it more than I did on line. The measurements are great and fit my cushions perfectly.

Easy to order, shipped quickly, and great quality. It's heavy enough that wind won't blow it off your furniture and waterproof. Highly recommend for places with all four seasons.

I ordered a cover for the mattress on our swinging bed on our porch. It's a perfect fit, was easy to put on, and it looks great. The measuring directions were easy to understand and gave a great result. I'm very pleased with the product.
This is the fourth cover we've purchased over the last couple of years. The stitching is very nice and the fabric is rugged. My only issue with my latest purchase is the drawstring around the bottom is impossible to draw up snugly around the base of my furniture.

I went with the Cover Tuff and could not be happier. The color of gray is lighter than I thought and it looks better than the couches it's covering! The quality is unmatched. Very happy.
Delivery date was missed by a week. Did not know until shipping notice that the covers were made in India. FedEx shipping/tracking info was not updated on the FedEx website. Also, although the covers were well-constructed, they are unsuitable as replacement seat cushions as the fabric used has a waterproof, apparently non-porous backing that makes them very uncomfortable to sit on (read: sweaty).
Credit due for a really good website that's easy to use and create custom covers but for seating covers, not so good.

The location of our current production unit (India) is mentioned in the FAQ section on our website.
We have tried to make the order process as transparent as possible. Our covers are designed primarly for storage and thus offer weather protection as a key feature. As mentioned on the product page, the material Cushion Rite is coated with PU and is water repellent.

Although my outdoor curtains arrived with a minor issue it was quickly rectified by the customer service department which was quick to answer my complaints via email.
All my orders were correct and on time great fits and materials.
