When looking at the cover online the whole tome it showed beige. Website is not laid out very well I did not catch that it was check marked for black because it was showing me beige pictures the whole time. That should be fixed and make it a mandatory option to choose a color no auto select black and then show a beige cover in the picture while shopping. I didn't even see that you could pick colors. Very poor design
The site was awesome and very easy to use. If I ever get my cover, my guess is that I will be very pleased with it. But they sent it to the billing address, not to the shipping address and I don't live at the billing address any longer (they got the billing address from an outdated paypal account). They are trying to find and reroute my item but it is taking way longer than it should.

Your order was originally dispatched to the shipping address provided at the time of placing the order. This address also appears on your order confirmation email. Had we been contacted immediately after order placement, it would have been an easy change to make.
Unfortunately, once a package is dispatched we have little control over it. Upon receipt of your complaint we immediately sent a reroute request via our account manager at FedEx. By this time delivery had been attempted and refused. Reroutes are not guaranteed and when possible may take up to 7 business days to be completed.

The quality of these covers seems very good. However, despite measuring multiple times and having my shipment delayed by having to reconfirm the measurements, the covers still do not fit correctly, particularly the table cover

Kindly compare the agreed size with the cover you have received. I sent measurements and they had a question, then sent me a drawing to review. When everything was finalized they began making the cover. I received it a few days after it was shipped and it fits perfectly. Great quality and excellent workmanship.
Company is very careful about getting dimensions correct the first time. They followed up twice on measurements to ensure covers would work and confirmed options. One of the covers went in with the default cover and I did not notice it until I reviewed my order. They were able to adjust without an issue.
While my outdoor cushion cover replacements were delayed, once they arrived I was pleased at the workmanship. The company does not offer many fabrics, but with a few accent pillows, my outdoor furniture has a new lease on life.

UPDATE: Cushion covers are great - easy fit, nicely made, good quality, but disappointed with color of fabric. Advertised as "Sky Blue", but very GRAY. They just don't "match" the rest of the room. Should have asked for a swatch first. The thrill is gone.

I invested in beautiful patio chairs and wanted to keep them protected from the weather. I could not find covers to fit so I had to custom order covers and I am sooooo glad I did. These covers are fantastic! Well made, perfect fit and protect my investment. Very happy!
It took longer than expected. The cover was supposed to have 2 inches extra. It hardly fits and doesn't go all the way down.

Your order was placed with Standard Ground shipping for delivery by 10 May. It was dispatched on 5 May and with a typical transit time of 2 days should have reached you before the scheduled date. Regrettably, despite using global shipping leaders FedEx / UPS for all deliveries, transit delay is outside our area of control. We see that the order was delivered on 13 May due to delay enroute.
We passionately handcraft each cover according to the measurements and instructions provided. Your cover has been ordered with the tie down "elastic at bottom" and the bottom of the cover may seem tight or 'difficult to put on'; this is by design and the elastic will loosen a bit over time.
Nevertheless, we are committed to replacing the cover if we have made an error in fabricating it. As requested by our Quality team, please send us the information and pictures listed in our email response. The free shipping promotion is a bit deceiving so be sure sure drill down to the required minimum order requirement. I also thought this was a Texas based American company but their products are actually made in India. Despite the off shore manufacturing, the cover is very nice quality.

Just communicate with them what you want and remember you'll get what you ask for so make sure YOU are right and it'll be good. It took awhile to get the measurements correct since i was replacing the standard Kamado Joe Class 2 cart with a stainless steel cart from BBQ Guys but it turned out to be perfect. The whole process was seamless and Covers & All responded promptly to my requests for information. The cover is very well made and fits my grill and cart like I hoped it would.
