Quality covers and great fit. By following their instructions for measuring the furniture, the fit was perfect. Also had the same experience with our custom fire pit.
Our only complaint is the description of the color when ordering different materials. We ordered beige covers for chairs and sofa and bit descriptions were beige though same materials nit available for both so we had to order two different types material. The colors do not match though both described as beige.
The customer service design reps were very helpful to ensure our specialty covers were accurate for our needs

The various options associated with a custom cover cannot be as effectively described over a phone call, hence it is important that you place your order online yourself after looking at the examples. Each cover is handcrafted by meticulously following the measurements and instructions you provide. You can view the final agreed dimensions in your Coversandall account. Kindly compare the agreed size with the cover you have received. If you find any discrepancies, please take a picture of the product showing the incorrect measurement using a tape measure and email us at [email protected]. We are committed to replacing any cover that has not been fabricated as ordered.

Notwithstanding the obvious difference in the color names, each fabric has distinct features and thus 'Blue' may have a different shade for each material. My order was guaranteed to be here on 5/3. They did not arrive until a week later. For my inconvenience that took 5% off order. Really! Then I received an email that I was going to also receive 2 blue covers for outdoor covers for my inconvenience. Well. Guess what! I never received them! I will advertiser anything else from them not will I recommend them.

Regrettably, due to unexpected production issues your custom cushion covers were shipped late and further delayed in transit. With regard to "free blue covers", we apologize however we are unable to determine what you are referring to. We offer custom covers so cannot possibly send you a random sized cover (except for our storage bag). Could you please forward the email you have mentioned to [email protected]? With regard to your review, it is collected and moderated independently by a third party service. We have no control over what is displayed and what isn't. Every happy with quality and workmanship of the product I ordered, as well as customer service. Shipping was fast, received it two weeks ahead of original ship date, I would definitely recommend to others.
Only problem was they gave a wrong delivery date. Course it was an estimated time line. I think the product is good, but only have had it for a couple of days.

From the moment I found the website it was just easy. Cleat instructions for measuring and the product quality was top notch.
I made several modifications to a standard cover including a top cover for a pizza oven. It was very easy and the price was reasonable. The cover came in on time and heavy duty just like I wanted. I am impressed by the quality and look of my outdoor kitchen cover!

I saw these as an inexpensive alternative to new cushions. I chose a fabric that looked like a quality wiven material, but it looks more like a cheap windbreaker from my childhood…In the zippers are on the wrong sides of the cushions

On your order you have selected the material CUSHION RITE which is described as 600 Denier, 100% Solution Dyed Polyester Fabric with one side PU Coat.
