We offer custom handmade covers in almost any shape and size, including those for popular brands and models. However, even specific models may show variation by the manufacturer from time to time. Hence, each order still needs to be placed with the exact measurements of the equipment you own. With physical access to the equipment, you are the best person to provide accurate measurements.
Ordering was pretty straightforward. Prices were fair. My products were not delivered on time, and I was not ever contacted to inform me of a delay. When I called to ask what was happening, it was very difficult to communicate with the customer service rep, as his english was heavily accented. I couldn't get a straight answer, so I asked to speak to a supervisor. Eventually I received my products. They were well made and fit well. But the shipping experience was not good.

Kindly compare the size ordered with the size of the cover you have received. With regard to the 'noise', the material COVER MAX is described on the product page as "PVC coated polyester"; as with any plastic based material it will make a sound when folded or moved. Each product is handmade by meticulously following the measurements and instructions provided. Per our records, we did send you this note before fabricating the sails:
"We've reviewed your order and have found the dimension proportionally inaccurate. We now request you to recheck the dimensions and provide the same. Also, please provide a rough sketch."
It seems there is some confusion regarding the diagonal size; this is limited by the sides' sizes.
