Site was super detailed in the order dimensions, however, there wasn't enough "wiggle room" to account for slightly wider pieces of firewood, so the cover inevitably didn't fit. Tip from experience: Be more generous with the depth measurement! It may be more fabric, but it'll probably fit better.
Your site says they allow 1" leeway on width and height. My grill over is 4.5" too big where it goes over the barbecue grill.

I received my order today after placing the order over a month ago. They contacted me after I placed the order and said there was issues with sizing and I had to go up an inch and pay a dollar and some change more for this which I tried to do but couldn't get into my account. I emailed the customer service and asked for help getting in but didn't hear back so I asked them to cancel the order and refund me what I had already paid. They emailed back and asked me not to cancel and said they would waive the extra and get it shipped out. I didn't get anything for a very long time and it didn't come on the original tracking date it said. I had given up on receiving it until it came to my door today. It fits my table perfectly.

Great. Company made every effort to get the approximate size I needed. When I received and put on, it was perfect. I chose blue and blue is a little brighter than I was expecting but it is fine. Will use again.

Almost told FEDEX it was not my order until I called the 800 number for Covers and All and determined it was the order I placed coming from them.
