The purchase was for a replacement cover for a 10'X10' Pergola. The original cover was a translucent fabric that passed both sun and rain. The replacement tarp is a tan, heavy duty material sized to my specification with grommets located to my specification. The exchange of sketches and photographs was a very pleasant surprise. I was provided with a final sketch for my approval before fabricating the cover. Once approved, the cover was fabricated and shipped in a matter of a couple of days. The cover was fabricated in India so the transport took a couple of weeks. Over all I was very impressed with both the process and the product.
I was told that my order would be delivered on a specific day, but never received or heard from company. I called and was told it was sitting in production and not completed. As a courtesy, I received a refund for shipping fee. Weeks later, I finally received my order.
It was received in a ball shaped plastic wrapping. It was very wrinkle. Disappointed that it wasn't shipped meaty in a box.
I think it's a decent product and a very reasonable price point.

We are very satisfied with the two covers we ordered: 1 for an octagonal concrete/tiled fountain 9 feet in diameter, and 2) a BBQ island with various items on it: grill, stove, sink, water BIB, plus a curved edge on one side. Because both items were special order, we ordered a mock-up prior to manufacture, after having sent detailed drawings and photographs.
The covers arrived recently. We are happy with both. They fit well. However, it was nerve wrecking when we were told that without our approval of the mock-ups, they had started manufacturing the covers, despite the several errors we found and given that we called right after receiving the two mock-ups. Finally after a long conversation we were able to rescue both covers. Because of this experience I cannot rate Covers & All with 5 stars. By the way, the gentleman on the phone was very polite and helpful, but we could not understand his English very well.

After much research on the Internet, could Covers and All, was happy to see that I could have a cover custom made for my deck wet bar.

I am beyond thrilled with the quality of the cover but after serval back and forth emails remeasuring unfortunately the cover doesn't fit. The couch is a curved couch which I believe made it more difficult as well. Today I received the bolster covers and they fit perfectly and look amazing. I would highly recommend this company to anyone as the quality is amazing!
