Verbal and email communication was not good. I waited almost 3 weeks for custom quotes and only got them after I initiated call. Follow up questions were not answered timely and responses were difficult to understand.

Workmanship look great. The cover will b use for outdoor winter storage of the table. Right now it joins my chairs and all have covers to protect them from the weather. We shall see how al of them perform by next spring.

Our expensive fire table came with a really flimsy cover. We measured and the new cover came in as ordered. Seems to be well made, nice color, substantial weight of canvas.

Our covers are designed to offer maximum weather protection and durability, and we use the most appropriate materials to achieve this objective. We work very hard to keep the order process transparent and easy to follow. Each product page clearly lists the materials and their specifications. The material selected on your order is Cover Max which we have specified as 12 Oz 1000 Denier, PVC Coated Polyester, High Durability, Tear & Abrasion Resistant, Medium Weight, Feels Like Vinyl. PVC means it is made using plastic which is inherently stiffer than fabric. For a fabric feel, we have a different material - COVER FAB - which is also available for selection on the product page.
We encourage customers to upload reference pictures of the equipment being covered - this ensures the cover is designed keeping your requirements in mind and also increases the possibility of us noticing any discrepancies in the measurements. A comment box for specific requirements is also provided on the product page. In the absence of any notes, we fabricate the cover as shown in the example pictures in which the net is typically collapsed when not in use.
