I have been getting trying to track FedExp shipment ************** of COV*******. On June 28, they updated that it would be delivered by "the end f the day." I got nothing and now can only deal with a FedExp "virtual assistant" that says delivery date cannot be confirmed but I will be advised as the process proceeds.
Ordered a custom cover with a logo. It arrived a full week earlier than promised and the quality by far surpassed my expectations.

I needed a cover for a custom table for my Big Green Egg. The table had multiple work surfaces at different heights and made for a challenging design. After placing the order, I received detailed plans for the design and was able to confirm the measurements. I'm happy to report that the cover fits well, and it seems to be a very sturdy product that I anticipate will protect my table for years beyond the warranty period.

The website provided clear measuring instructions with illustrations. I missed a measurement and they messaged me right away about it. The items were completed and delivered in a few days. All 4 pieces fit. I was just disappointed and it's no fault of the company, that one of the pieces came in gray color. I realized that I did not select the blue color for that particular piece.

Found Covers & All online. I was trying to find weather covers for pool filters; none existed. So I took some measurements and ordered 3 covers (custom made). In less than 10 days, all 3 covers were delivered (tracking info was excellent). They are very well made, everything I ordered was included (straps, etc.). Easy to order. Excellent materials and craftsmanship. Easy to track. 10 day turnaround for me. And, everything fit perfectly.

My custom outdoor sofa and chair covers are really perfect! I am an interior designer and the appearance, fit and fabric are amazing! So inexpensive for high quality covers. Also, lightweight and soft enough to easily put on and remove. Wouldn't change a thing.

Efficient, pleasant ordering staff with good technical design followup on covers for custom outdoor love seats. Only fly in the ointment, since construction is in India, delivery was delayed 2 weeks, probably Covid related. Was kept in the loop continuously with updated emails. Once construction was completed, delivery by FedEx from India was only 4 days. Will be ordering again for sure. Very pleased!
