This truly is a custom cover. The design team was very careful to get the exact measurements so the cover would be a custom fit. The final product came just as described and was a perfect fit.
I gave the exact dimension of my fire pit but the cover is very tight across the diameter and the height. Instructions say that the cover will slightly larger than the provided dimensions. This was not the case. I should have added 2 inches to the diameter and an inch to the height. Quality looks good but difficult to get on and off
Taking measurements, sending photos, and ordering process was super easy. Communication by e Mail ensured me that they received and verified the information.

The covers fit nicely, for covers that are not custom made on-site. I believe they will shed water nicely and that was a big concern. Fabric looks like it should hold up nicely and they got it to me super fast
The only down side is that when it rains the water does not row off the cover!

All four (4) cushion covers arrived with zippers on the wrong side. Contacted customer service. Had to take photos of cushions and tags describe problem and email. Told to wait (5) days for someone to contact me. Still unresolved. They should have said, "We're sorry, lets get the order picked up, I'll email you and RMA tag, and get a new order rolling for you." That's excellent customer service. Won't find it here. Hate writing these. Hope this helps.
I producted the 5 ft triangle sail shades and there is not enough fabric on the item to make a shade. The way they cut the fabric provides no enough fabric to really cover the area. I contacted them explaining and was told because they were custom made I can't get a refund. I would advice you not to purchase custom made items from them.
Draw string is hard to pull and it does not close up enough for a good fit around the skylight.
Easy to follow instructions to order. Cushion covers arrived ahead of schedule. They look sturdy and well made. Very satisfied with the final product. Look great!
I requested a 9x9 square cover, 36 " deep. In order to make sure I was getting the best cover for my furniture, they requested a picture and offered suggestions to make it more fitting. I was pleased to oblige and couldn't be happier with the results.
