I had a terrible experience ordering a fence privacy screen from Coversandall. Spends hours messaging customer service, and follow up team. Communication is very difficult, as it's obvious these folks are not in the US. First screen sent was not the correct size. They made me jump through hoops to prove that fact to them. After numerous conversations they finally agreed to ship a replacement. The replacement arrived even further from specified, and confirmed, dimensions. They're either incapable, or unwilling, to accurately make a screen.
The website did not give enough detail on the proper way to get the dimensions of the grills I planned to cover. I measured exactly as the picture demonstrated but the covers I received are way too small and not even close to fitting.
They fit beautifully, look great and were shipped very quickly.

I ordered 2 cushions to see if it was worth ordering a whole patio set of slip covers, overall fit is good, fast shipping, good price 32$ for each cushion with zippers, just wish the quality of fabric was a little better, maybe softer, less stiff feeling, I'm still on the fence about ordering more

I provided all of the measurements I could on the site, next the company contacted me for some missing measurements or measurements they thought may be inaccurate. I then fixed and added in the new measurements and approved the size. Not too long after my order was shipped, I received it, threw it on the sofa and it fits like a charm! The color is great, the quality is great, it doesn't look cheap. Five out of five stars from me!
