I measured using the instructions and guide on the site. The instructions did not take into account that the back of my sectional curves out slightly. Consequently, the cover does not completely cover the sections. The cover does seem to be well made.

We offer custom handmade covers in almost any shape and size. We have tried to list the most common cover styles and are constantly adding more, however, not every make and model can be listed. Hence, the product page encourages uploading images of the article / equipment you need the cover for. This gives us a much better idea of the basic shape and also increases the possibility of us noticing any discrepancies in the measurements.
On future orders we request you to ensure that you upload reference images of the equipment, taken from multiple angles.

Out door sink with a tall faucet. The cabinet had a refrigerator that needed venting. I received the cover and it fit perfect! Not to tight, not to loose. The cover fit over the faucet perfectly. The mesh to vent the refrigerator was in the right place. I did not know the cover would come with handles that also double as handles at each end of the cabinet!

I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of my new custom cushion covers for my outdoor patio set. I've not been able to find new cushions due to the sizes. I kept the cushions and have been wondering if I'd ever find some decent cushion covers. These are awesome and they all fit! My only complaint is that I wished they came in more colors. I highly recommend this company and their products!
I was very pleased with the cushion covers that I ordered. The fabric was a nice weight, the sizes of the cushions were correctly followed as requested, and the workmanship was very professional. They were shipped ahead of scheduled and they fit perfectly. Oh, and the price was so reasonable. I love the cording and the zippers were nicely made. Thanks Covers & All for a great job!
Great product, the only problem I had was with the dimensions. I measured my openings and subtracted 10 inches from each side to allow room for the turn buckles but what I received was a cover that was almost too big for the opening I had to eliminate the turn buckles and attached directly to the post.

Your order confirmation email lists the measurements you entered. Could you please compare these with the sail you have received? If you find a discrepancy, please take a picture of the product clearly showing the incorrect size with a tape measure and email us at [email protected]. I was happy with the service both online and over the telephone. Our order arrived promptly The tarp was made to spec and seems to be correct in size and dimension. However, we requested no grommets. There are four grommets, one in each corner. Hoping they are not too noticeable when we put it up. I am little disappointed that after all the conversations and emails, we didn't get exactly what we wanted.
Needed custom outdoor furniture covers that were water and weatherproof. Website was easy to navigate. Just measure the cushions and made to order. Service was prompt and efficient and covers came out great!

There was an error in my order. If you have a problem with your order be prepare to jump through hoops with India. Order still not corrected. I sent the info originally requested re the problem with my order. A few days later I received an email asking for more info. As of yet, have not received a response re how or if my problem will be resolved. Based on experience thus far, would not order from this company again.

With product complaints, investigation may be required across multiple teams which takes time, hence we are unable to resolve such issues instantly over a phone or chat conversation.
To validate the problem, pictures (or in some cases a video) clearly demonstrating the problem are necessary and also mentioned as a requirement in our Terms of Use. Considering the amount of work and material that go into making each cover, we feel it is fair that the issue be pointed out beyond doubt. Our intent is certainly not to make it difficult or inconvenient for you, and we apologize if that is the impression we projected.
Your complaint email was first received on 29 June with pictures of the cover. Since the complaint was about poor fitting, our Quality team responded on 30 June requesting a picture of the cover skirted on the table. Regrettably, we are unable to locate any further communication from your registered email address until 13 July, following which a replacement was immediately issued. We see that the replacement was delivered on 23 July and trust that it meets your expectations.

I had a great experience when ordering a custom cover for our 22' shuffle board. The website and ordering process was very easy, the customer service team was very thorough in confirming the dimensions and it arrived quicker than expected! It is a beautiful and quality cover. The product was a bit large but did a great job protecting my furniture. On my subsequent two orders, I followed the instructions and gave the exact dimensions of my furniture.
