We passionately handcraft each cover by diligently following the measurements and any reference pictures provided. Detailed dimensions are requested because without physical access to the equipment, we need to be meticulous to ensure the cover fits.
The general shape of the cover is shown in the example pictures - we aim to provide a snug fit but a perfectly form fitting or contoured cover is not promised and would be difficult to fabricate especially if reference pictures of the equipment are not provided.
Going forward if you are looking for a closer fit, could you please mention this requirement in the notes section and also ensure you attach a few reference pictures of the equipment from various angles? I have ottoman pillows that fit into the ottoman itself. I couldn't find any replacement online. Orders these and they fit perfectly. Great quality!

The person who took the order was very nice and helpful. After taking dimensions, she had me send a photo to show the object (grill) which had a lid with. A slope. I sent the photo immediately but subsequently received a reply the product was already in fabrication……. Ultimately, I received the cover today and it does not have a sloped shape so it is not custom fit to the grill shape (I could have purchased a cover in this shape at any hardware store). This is he third cover I have purchased from covers and all. One for an outdoor fireplace and one for the grill. The other two were perfect but this one missed the mark,

I expected a high quality, custom grill cover. What I got was a blue tarp. I've requested a refund which their site claims they will refund your purchase if requested within 7 days of receipt. To date I have not received a response or refund. I thought I was purchasing from an American company. My product came from India.
Brian, we are truly sorry to note your disappointment with the order. Per the information available, the cover was manufactured using the material opted for in this order. Owing to our business requirements we currently have our orders made and shipped from our overseas facility. But regardless of the origin, we stand by the quality of the products offered. As far as a refund is concerned, we believe you've misread the terms in their entirety.
Please be advised that as stated in the FAQ section we mostly offer replacements "if an error" is established on our part. In some of these cases, however, refunds are also permitted. A refund will be issued within 7 days of a formal request being submitted if the online ticket is approved. The refund and will be processed and credited back to the original form of payment.
Sadly, our complaints team was unable to resolve your case as the requested evidence was not shared which could prove that it did not match the ordered measurements. In attempting to determine the reason for your dissatisfaction, we find that for your first order (COV1015831108) the option for a cushion insert was offered but not selected. Your order confirmation email mentions this: "No Inserts". Your second order (COV1015833800) is for a V Shape Cushion Cover. This product page does state: "We only offer the cover. The insert/cushion pad is not included".
