I was in the market for sunshade for my tortoise habitat. I was able to put in the dimensions of what I needed and a few days later it arrived at my door. The workmanship seems of good quality and so do the materials. Very satisfied. The price cannot be beat.

This is my first experience with Covers & All. I needed a custom skylight cover and found them online. I sent the measurements and a couple of photos and received a very high quality cover that fit my skylight perfectly. It also arrived sooner than expected. I am very happy with the experience and will use them again when the need arises.
Impressed with the back and forth to ensure that the measurements were correct for construction on my 7 foot long JennAir grill. Got the upgraded fabric, so hopefully it will last for more than a few years in the scorching Arizona sun.
I ordered new covers for my patio chair cushions. Covers & All worked with me via email, communicating with me several times to ensure the measurements of my cushion covers were accurate. I liked the option of sending pictures and them providing a diagram to confirm the measurements. The product arrived on the date expected. The material and the zipper seem very sturdy and the product seems of good quality. I have yet to test it out in the rain but it looks like it will do as advertised.
Not be able to talk to a real person made the process very cumbersome. A conversation could have eliminated some of e-mail the back and forth and it could have preventted my overall rating of the end product.
We will have to modify what was sent to make it work.

Please accept our apologies if the process to finalize your cover was cumbersome. Without physical access to the equipment, we need to be meticulous to ensure the cover fits well. Also, since we include a drawing of the cover we have to communicate by email. Our records indicate that we did call you twice (1 June and 5 June) but reached your voicemail.
Since each cover is custom made to the size requested, all our orders are prepaid. We are happy to cancel and refund in full any order as long as production has not commenced on it. However, we are unable to locate any cancelation request from your side.
We are also sorry to learn that your Outdoor Island Kitchen Cover does not fit as desired. We see that several revised drawings were sent based on the missing measurements that we received after the order was placed. On the final drawing we received your response "I had someone else double check the measurements so I think we are good." following which we proceeded to fabricate the cover as shown.
We passionately handcraft hundreds of custom covers each day by diligently following the measurements and instructions provided. Admittedly, sometimes we make a mistake; we are firmly committed to making it right when given the opportunity and once the error is established.
You can view the final agreed dimensions by signing in to your Coversandall account. Kindly compare the agreed size with the cover you have received. The entire experience was excellent. The quality of the product was terrific. The color was wonderful. Very well-made. Only issue was that we did not know to indicate where the zippers went which is our error. Two of the cushions unfortunately the zippers are highly visible because they're on the side not the back. That is not the company‘s fault that is our fault. We would definitely definitely definitely order from them again if we needed cushions. Terrific product.

I have some patio furniture that's been through wear and tear from our two big dogs. The cushions that came with them were not removable. And even with washing the entire cushion, it was near impossible to get all the dog hair out! So I ordered the covers from Covers and All and they are perfect! They fit great, durable and removable for washing!
Finished product excellent. Communications poor. Had to call to see if they got my order. They couldn't my order or my name. Been though they had sent an email confirming order. Finally found it. Then still sketchy communications.

Loved that all you needed were the "exact measurements" of the deck box and they auto added another inch in just the right places to make it easily slip on and off. I couldn't be happier with the time it took for them to make and ship two covers that fit so well, with attention to detailed handles. Hopefully they will last a long time.
