I had called the company to inquire as to a refund of my express shipping charges as my cover arrived 5 days late. They blame it on the shipper, but I did not pay for shipping, so this is a matter between them and the shipper as per their contract. I should not be a middle man in contract negotiations!
If the company would like to request a refund from the shipper, that is their prerogative, however, as their customer, Coversandall should refund to ME the wasted express shipping and then look to Fed Ex for the refund from them.

The seat covers arrived fast. The material seems very good and the covers do fit over my seats, however, the 2 draw strings only go part way around the hem, This prevents a snug fit around the base of the seat and any strong wind will blow the covers off. I can literally pull the draw strings as tight as they will go, and, with little effort, pull the covers off.

The tie down selected for your covers is 'Drawstring'. Per our default design, the drawstring is not provided along the entire perimeter of the cover but at a few spots along it. However, this does not affect its functionality and you should be able to pull the drawstring taut to secure the cover.

This company is based in India. Their strong accent made it impossible to get a very simple curtain designed time after time they got the simple design incorrect even with a detailed drawing. When I asked to speak to a well spoken English speaking person I was disconnected. In the end it arrived later than necessary. Stress was high.

Update: Received the covers and built the cushions. Top quality fabric with a very great look. The seams are strong and straight and the zipper closures are perfect. Great quality. Now that my first set is complete, it is time to order more to complete the project.

Regrettably, despite using global shipping leaders DHL / FedEx / UPS, transit delay is outside our area of control - especially considering the pandemic which continues to impact all shipping networks. As mentioned in our Terms Of Use and FAQs, we are not liable for delays arising from couriers’ shipping service.
