I had an old ottoman cover and just wanted to find a replacement. I did not realize how how (and expensive!) this could be. I found Covers & All and had a custom order made. My ottoman looks amazing and the quality is excellent! I would order again!

I was skeptical when ordering custom-made cushions on-line, but this turned out to be a good experience. The cushions came in EXACTLY the size I needed and I'm very happy with the quality of the fabric. They also arrived much sooner than expected. There were two things that I'm not thrilled with but both are probably my fault. I didn't realize that the foam rubber cushions are NOT included with the covers, and the ties on the sides aren't long enough. I did read the length of the ties and thought they'd be adequate but they aren't, so that's definitely on me. Otherwise, very happy with the cushion covers.
The covers fit perfectly! Probably the most surprising thing is how fast they were made and delivered. Great product. I will definitely use this company again.

I ordered my cover back in the middle of March and it is just now getting delivered. Each week, sometimes 2x a week, a new delivery date was given to me and when i tried to reach out, i didn't get a response for 3 days and the response was not acceptable or reasonable. I understand due to COVID all of the delays, but this was unacceptable and the nonexistent communication between business and customer is what made it such a bad experience.

To clarify, your order was placed on 22 April with Free Shipping. The original delivery date was 7 May and it was revised to 12 May upon finalization of the measurements. Regrettably, due to unanticipated production issues it was delayed. It was packed for dispatch on 25 May but was misplaced before dispatch.
We are unable to locate any email from your registered email address. When you contacted us over chat on 2 June, our associate failed to notice the delay between packing and dispatch, and incorrectly advised you that it would be shipped soon. Please accept our apologies for this miscommunication; appropriate feedback will be shared with the team about this.
Your order was then remade. Between 10 and 19 June, the order had to be started from scratch three times due to material cutting errors. Our covers are all handmade and go through various stages within production. To keep you informed of the progress of your order, our system automatically calculates the estimated delivery date and notifies you when a significant production change occurs. Thus, you received emails with the subject line "Your Order Has A New Delivery Date".
We understand the above may not do much to alleviate your dissatisfaction. We share it to assure you that we take your disappoinment seriously.

I measured my furniture and place the order. Luckily, the designers noticed some inconsistency in my measurements and contacted me to clarify which saved me from getting it done wrong. They proceeded with the order faster than I expected and I was holding my breath until I tried them since I had already thrown away a supposedly Sunbrella storage method before that lasted less than a year. These covers seem to be made from a stronger material. I got the one that has the highest number of years in warranty.
Customer service chat was great. I had problems with the website. It kicked me out when I clicked on checkout.
The material was a little different than I expected but it will probably be easy to keep clean. It fit PERFECT!
Ordering was so easy! The diagram on how to measure was fast and simple. I was very pleased with the entire process. My custom cover even arrived early! Would highly recommend Covers & All.
Paid for tie downs with clips. Quite short. Have to use additional straps to fit... probably work for most but legs on my fire pit put clips in back where they can't be seen and are hard to reach. Will have see if fabric holds up. Color not quite what chip looked like.

We are also happy to accommodate most requests and would have gladly provided longer straps.

I special ordered covers for both my built in island grill and my firepit. I spoke with someone on the phone about the grill cover before ordering it. They were very professional and helpful.
