At first, I was surprised by the number of times they reached back out to confirm measurements or for a picture of my table and chairs. But it fit perfectly, very well made.
I'm super pleased with how easy and accurate the process was to order and the product itself! There was some confusion about the notes I left, and customer service reached out to me immediately for clarification.
Also, I received my order two weeks early, and fit perfectly!
I gave a description of what I wanted. They sent me a drawing of it and after I saw MY mistake they redid the drawing to be perfect. Was shipped fast and fits perfect!

Measuring and ordering was very easy. I uploaded pictures of each piece and a tech got I. Touch with me to confirm all measurements were correct. It was easy.
The only issue I had was they were shipped with FedEx and required a signature. I did not know this and was not home when they were delivered. It would have been easier had there been no signature required.
Our patio furniture pillows would have cost nearly $800 to replace! We finally found Covers & All and were completely satisfied with our new covers and new color at 1/4 the price. We measured carefully and our new covers fit our old pillows perfectly.
We were pleased that our custom-made shade sail came 5 days earlier than expected. We put it up right away to make sure it is the right fit. It is and we spent the rest of the day enjoying the outside in the shade. We're now ready for guests on July 4th.
So far, this cover seems like it was worth it. Next time I will give you dimensions that are a little larger since this unit is very tight. I am afraid it will rip on the sharp corners of the brownstone cap of my linear fireplace. Your web site said to list the EXACT dimensions and you would allow additional for fit. But you didn't allow enough in my opinion.
