Ordered a clear vinyl tarp and was unable to change it within 15 hours despite ordering a standard size 10' x 10' and on a Saturday evening. I inquired about the listed thickness on the website in mil vs ounces (everything else is measured in ounces on the site for all other materials). Would not allow me to exchange product that was standard listed on the site - there was no customized logos printed or changes to the order. Was told it was in production and I only had 5 to 7 hours to change my order. I placed the order on a Saturday night and by 7 am on Sunday could not make a change to my order. Buyer beware. I am out $135 hard earned dollars.

We ordered four custom covers to fit our outdoor teak furniture: 1) a set of four stacking chairs, 2) a large oval dining table, and 3) covers for two steamer chairs with footrests. We sent the measurements and placed the order on June 15th and they arrived June 24th. Each item is an excellent fit. They are made of a rubberized heavy-duty material that is easy to fold and easy to put in place. I would definitely recommend this company and product.
My custom cushion cover came rolled up tightly and wrinkled. After hanging for a few days, it continued to be full of wrinkles. I inserted the foam insert thinking it would help stretch out the wrinkles out but that didn't work. Customer support (Chat) told me I could try ironing with a "soft iron" but when I mentioned the PU coating, they said they wouldn't recommend ironing. They said unfortunately there is no solution.

We package each product as securely as possible. Due to the nature of the product, creasing is unavoidable, and because each order is custom made there are no standardized folds. To minimize the wrinkles you can use a hot air blower over them. Leaving the cover out in the sun for a while also helps.
If the above doesn't work, you can iron the cover using the iron at its lowest setting, and with a regular cotton cloth between the surface of the iron and the cover. Do not leave the iron on any one spot; instead use brisk but firm strokes to even out the creases.

We measured everything out and it "fits" but the drawstrings do not get tight enough so they come off in the wind. We spent way too much money on these for them to cause us so many issues.

I have had many boat covers and for some reasons I assumed that this would be a canvas-like material and it was not - it is more plastic than canvas. I was not expecting that - and while it might be good at protecting - it was not what I wanted.

To make the order process as transparent as possible we have diligently listed the material specifications on the product page. For your cover the material chosen is Cover Max which is described as "1000 Denier, PVC Coated Polyester - Feels Like Vinyl". PVC means it is made using plastic which is inherently stiffer than fabric. For a fabric feel, we have a different material - Cover Fab.

The product was a Father's Day gift and was ordered in time to be delivered by Father's Day. However it was delayed and the company did not notify me of the change. Then when the product did arrive after Father's Day, it was a royal blue color instead of the navy I ordered and it was way too large for our grill. I measured the grill meticulously and sent photos of the grill and this does not appear to be a custom cover.

With regard to the color, 'Navy blue' is a generic term that can refer to more than one shade or tone. The product page displays a thumbnail for each fabric color. For your reference, below is a direct link to the shade you selected. Note that we have named it Blue, not Navy Blue.

Regardless of the shipping method you choose and the delivery date we commit, we aim to dispatch every order as quickly we can. The day and time does not impact this objective since we operate 24x7. Your order confirmation email clearly states:
"Please check the details of your order. In case of any changes, kindly inform us within 2 hours of placing the order via phone or chat. Please note that post 2 hours, we won't be able to accommodate changes on the placed order."
Nevertheless, we are happy to cancel and refund any item on your order even beyond these 2 hours, as long as it has not moved into production. While the size is a round figure, it is not 'standard' in that we do not stock any products. The material is custom cut to the size ordered. This product size is listed under CUSTOM TARPS >> BEST SELLING TARPS simply because it is a common size. Having a dedicated page for it helps us meet our marketing objectives since many customers search for a specific size tarp instead of a custom size tarp.

We apologize for any confusion in the measurement units. The material for covers and tarps is typically described in Oz, which measures the WEIGHT of the material. Sometimes, the manufacturer provides us the actual THICKNESS in mil if that is the standard unit used for that material. A direct conversion from Oz to mil is not possible because these units essentially measure different properties.
