Good quality covers, quick delivery. Overall very pleased with purchase

Order was over 4 weeks late after numerous phone calls order finally got delivered. Then when opened found holes in fabric and pvc were it had been folded

Built an outdoor bar back in May ordered the covers in August but did not get them until December. The covers look good so no issues there just wait time. I was told this was due to COVID social distance rules what ever.

Did not meet expectations... late late and then later still... and when it arrived missing key item

Delivered on time, measurements bang on good and high quality material - doe the job

I phoned customer services to obtain update in respect of Covid cover and very refreshing for the phone to be answered swiftly and extremely knowledgeable agent. Thank you.

Lack of correspondence, involved PayPal eventually they contacted me about disputes telling me it's my fault for the delay? Ordered mid October just received it this week 8 weeks from order

Although because of the covid situation we had to wait awhile but the curtains were of good quality.

They kept in touch all the way through. Double checking sizes to make sure they got a perfect fit. The cover when it arrived was much better than I expected it to be. Will definitely use again.

I'd been looking for a cover for my outside kitchen BBQ and thought I'd have to get an expensive bespoke one made but came across these guys. Extremely easy to order with the pre drawn samples and then being sent drawings before production and delivery was very simple, fast and of great quality. Highly recommend.

Very late delivery with over promising and under delivering. Then they were all supplied shorter than requested

Cover appears to be good quality.
Disappointed because I like to buy British their web site appears to be British but the cover was delivered direct from India. Therefore not made in Britain and probably no tax being paid to Our government.

Great fabric, well made, but too big, they look messy and are far too long. I think they will quickly deteriorate as they are sitting on the wet tiles, so not convinced they will last as long as they should for the money

Some mis-communication with delivery was frustrating and explained away by automated emails? I had not realised the product was nanufactured and dispatched from India. However, the product itself is of the highest quality and extremely well made.
