Hi. I get a stream of emails as if I am part of some family addressing me as if I am an old friend. I am English and not from the USA and find that attitude quite invasive. Further, I still haven't received the product having ordered it weeks ago and told it was on its way. Also no response to my email as to where it might be.

I required 3 custom made items and one standard item. To start with I was concerned that I would make a silly mistake on my measurements and end up wasting my money but the process you go through helps you provide the correct information. This is then checked with you by an employee from the company to make sure everything is 100%. I had a slight delay on delivery but I am putting that down to the fact it was Christmas. Would I use this company again? Definitely

Delivery scheduled for 29th Dec. Tracker shows the delivery to be in Germany having come from India. Latest advice from you today was... check again tomorrow. This is simply not acceptable customer service.
I ordered a Cover Tuff for my pergola which arrived on time. However once fitted I noticed a manufacturing fault along one of the seams which caused leakage when it rained. I contacted Covers & All, provided photos as proof, and after a couple of emails with Ronald, they sent a new cover and refunded my shipping cost of £44.95
I thought using a UK company i would get reliability and honesty. I was told my goods would be with me on 30/12/2020 after ordering 3 weeks earlier... now i have been told 05/01/2021 because UPS are shipping it feom India... not the UK as I presumed. I will not use them again. I can not rate the goods bexause they still have not arrived.

Your order was placed on 29 November with Standard Ground shipping for delivery by 31 December. We dispatched it on 28 December with sufficient time for delivery (typical transit time is 3 days). We use globally recognized shipping carriers FedEx / UPS for deliveries. Regrettably, transit delay is outside our area of control, especially considering the impact of the pandemic on all shipping networks. In order to alert you to the possibility of delivery delay, we also display a note on the Cart page, just below the shipping method.

All our covers are handmade; regrettably, due to inconstant circumstances we ended up with a unanticipated backlog in production and missed the promised date. We are working hard to scale up our production capabilities and improve our turnaround time. While these efforts (which include building a new, much larger production unit) are in progress, we have also applied some solutions in the interim that have resulted in significant improvement over the last few weeks.
Please note that our current production unit is in India. We do not have any unit in China.

Ordered a cover for my table and chairs. It's an oval non standard size and shape so it was important that the cover was correctly fitted. The service was excellent in many respects. The photos I sent initially helped get the correct product then the company contacted me to check certain details. This made the process feel like a personalised service which was excellent. The product arrived well wrapped, and is a good quality. I've only just got it so can't comment on durability
Ordered in early October, via UK site, and delivered 23 December. Had to chase up via USA and was told would be prioritised and would be shipped asap, that never happened. Then find out made in India. They are good value for money, it was just then length if time it took which frusrated me. I know the Pandemic has affected everything and I would buy again, but expect a long wait.
Covers were supposed to arrive beginning of october. They still have not arrived even though got email saying would be delivered 23rd dec.
**Cannot review with zero stars** - Placed order on 14th October, was given a delivery date of 9th November. I have contacted the company every week since expected delivery date requesting an update. Each time I have been told to wait a further 4 to 5 days. It is now 31st December and order has still not been received. I do not recommend dealing with this company as they took my money 2 1/2 months ago and I have received nothing but lies in return.
Ordered sides in September. Have been emailed on 3 separate occasions to say they were being dispatched. Last email I was told they were on the way. Still not received them.
So, I placed my order in 01.11.2020 and it's supposed to have it by 17.11.2020 but due to COVID they send me an email telling me that my order will be de delayed with 10 working days which I accept it, so it's supposed to have around 10.12.2020 but didn't happen because today 31.12.2020 when I'm writing this review I don't received my order and no updates from them, so definitely not recommend this company.
