The ordering process was easy and staff helpful and the product quality seems excellent (only just received so not in situ yet). The order was much delayed, should have received on 17 December but did not until 6 January. That's not too bad considering there was Christmas in between and the Covid situation but I would have appreciated being informed about the delays rather than having to chase.

I had some confusion over the final price when looking at the website on my tablet. The system did not do a final calculation when I entered the last measurement. This was all fine on my laptop PC. The order process was easy. The cover arrived sooner than promised. It fits as it should. It looks pretty tough. Happy overall.
I measured up a sauna for a cover to protect it from the elements. The cover arrived from India within a week and fits perfectly. The zips are positioned right at the corner seams so you can access the door easily.

(The company refunded the delivery charge in mid December and assured me that it would be sent out before New Years Eve. To date nothing has arrived.

While these efforts (which include building a new, much larger production unit) are ongoing, we have also applied some solutions in the interim that have resulted in significant improvement over the last few weeks.
As promised we did dispatch your order on 28 December; we had also shared this information via email. Regrettably, transit delay is outside our area of control, especially considering the impact of COVID-19 on all shipping networks. In order to alert you to the possibility of delivery delay, we also display a note on the Cart page, just below the shipping method. We see on the UPS tracking page that it was delivered on 8 January.

I have no issue with the compny or the product which is excellent. They deserve 5 stars. What has let them down is the service provided by UPS in delivering the order. At various times I was told constantly changing expected delivery dates. On one delivery date their tracking system told me that the goods were still in Germany. Goods were finally delivered 8 days later than the original date given. That wouldn't have been a problem if I had been given that date in the first place but instead I have wasted time waiting for deliveries which never materialised.

All good but website was slightly misleading when offering a "free" logo. This tuned out to be an additional £6. But other than that everything else went according to plan.

Susie, we are truly sorry for having disappointed you with this order on more than one occasion.
Please accept our apologies for the delay in responding to your complaint. Like every business, we have also been affected by the pandemic. With an unusually high number of inquiries and limited staffing, we are doing all we can to attend to every customer as quickly as possible.
As explained by our Quality team, two of your curtains were indeed shipped in the size ordered. Apparently the disconnect is because the intended size was 6 feet 11 inches, but it was entered in decimals as 6.11 feet (where it should have been entered as 6.92 feet). For the third curtain, we did immediately issue a replacement. As mentioned on the product page, the final size can be +1 to 2 inches on the given width and length. Since this was not satisfactory, we have issued another replacement which we see has been delivered. We trust everything is in order now.
