We are delighted with the service provided, and the quality of the cover.
Delivery rescheduled 3 times after ordering and paying for priority shipping back on 16th Nov 20. Item finally arrived on 12th Jan. Delivery date still showing a week after the date had passed. Communication was very poor. Nothing seemed to be happening until I sent a snot-o-gram email demanding to know what on earth was going on. Didn't even receive a response, just got a UPS email the following day. The product itself seems like a fair quality but hasn't been tested yet due to the current UK weather.
I had a custom cover made for my compressor, I had a little trouble replying to the size confirmation e-mail I was sent but once that was sorted it all worked really well. The cover was also delivered a week early and that following the Christmas break. The quality is excellent, in fact the cover is better than I was expecting. It even has air holes on both sides covered with a rain deflector flap.

Hello Mukul. Please accept our sincere apologies if our support fell short of your expectations. Like every business, we have also been affected by the pandemic. With an unusually high number of inquiries and limited staffing, we are doing all we can to attend to every customer as quickly as possible.
We handcraft each cover by meticulously following the measurements and instructions you provide us. Per the new measurements shared later on (for the replacement) it appears the original measurements were incorrect, which is why your cover was ill-fitting. Nevertheless, for your satisfaction our Quality team did offer a replacement without any additional charge for the much larger size.
Regrettably, we have little control over transit problems especially in the current COVID-19 environment. Thus, the replacement was delayed / lost in transit by the shipping carrier. While we cannot prevent such issues from occurring, we take full responsibility for dealing with delivery issues until you receive the product. Since we were unable to do so despite our repeated efforts, we issued another replacement. We see this was delivered on 10 March and trust everything is in order now.

With regard to your product, we passionately handcraft each cover by meticulously following the measurements you provide. We are firmly committed to replacing any cover that has not been fabricated as ordered. However, a picture demonstrating the wrong size using a tape measure is required. This is a standard and reasonable request. Regrettably, we did not receive such a picture.

Absolutely delighted with the cover - great quality and a perfect fit. Only advisory point is that Covers & All are based overseas. After responding to an e-mail from Covers & All to confirm the design, I heard nothing further. I telephoned the call centre several days before the stated delivery date only to be told that the cover had not gone into production! It is important to note that delivery to the UK is approximately three after despatch. My cover arrived three weeks after the original stated delivery date.

We order the good before the Christmas break and paid extra for a pre-Christmas delivery. Nothing arrived. We had no contact from you and we had to contact you. The good arrived about 4 weeks after promised date. I understand Covid is causing issues but may I suggest you don't accept an order you must have known in advance you couldn't fulfill.
The order was late by 3 months almost and continually chasing up for updates. I do take Covid19 into account but...
This item arrived earlier than expected and is of good quality and fits the BBQ very well.

All our products are handmade; regrettably, due to inconstant circumstances we ended up with unanticipated backlog in production and missed the promised date.
