I ordered and paid for these items at the beginning of November 2020 and although I have been promised several delivery dates I still have not received my order
Easy website to negotiate. Followed instructions regarding measuring item. Received information as to progress of order. Very good fit and looks well made. A little on the expensive side bit it was custom made. Now unsubscribed as received too many emails, don't mind one a month to keep you informed but unhappy to get more more or less every other day.
Quick/responsive to sales queries and resultant high quality work. I'm expecting the cover will last me well.

Very disappointed with their delivery as I ordered the item on 26th Oct and was given 12th Nov as a delivery date. It was only after contactingthe company at least 3 times and finally threatening to cancel my order if it didn't arrive by the 12th January. It arrived on the 11th! It was atrial order and if suitable I intended to order 3 more. However, on the basis of the above experience I wouldn't dream of ordering anything from them again. They may be slow on delivery but since I first placed the order I have been inundated ithe emails from them offering products that i have no interest in. I shall be blocking their e mail address

This is certainly not our regular turnaround. Also, from our internal notes we see that our support team did put in an expedite request each time you contacted us. All our products are handmade; regrettably, due to inconstant circumstances we ended up with unanticipated backlog in production and missed the promised date. We are working hard to scale up our production capabilities and improve our turnaround time. While these efforts (which include building a new, much larger production unit) are ongoing, we have also applied some solutions in the interim that have resulted in significant improvement over the last few weeks.

I needed covers to fit particularly for our outdoor swimming pool heater which had a vertical flue from the body of the heater. This required a purpose made cover to fit the unit well without hassle and which would be secure in windy stormy conditions. This cover does the job, it was made to my measurements against supplied drawings and a picture of the heater. Cover & All UK took care with getting it right and the end result was better than I had hoped, as it fits perfectly. THe cover material is good quality and should last many years. Well done Cover & All UK good job.
Those ordering should not be put off by the company doing the design and getting it made in India and thus shipped from India. It does take a little longer but the wait is worth it.

Except you forgot to add the metal 'eyes' for me to attach the cover to the rotary drier - but hey, never mind! I am delighted! I probably over estimated by dimensions by a couple of centimetres, but it fits very nicely anyway.
I have protected the top of the cover with another smaller plant pot, as this a stress point. Please save the design - next time, I'll also ask for some velcro around the sides, to also help stop the wind blowing it off.
Curtains arrived and pleased with them, slight difficulty explaining widths, but when they came they were wider than we expected, but that was no problem. Overall very pleased
I was interested in buying custom outdoor blinds but the images on the website were not clear. I spoke to customer service and I was advised to purchase the samples pack which cost me around £11 in delivery.
After I bought it and received it I realised it didn't have the materials for the blinds in it. I spoke to customer service again and they said they don't currently have a sample pack for the blinds. I wasn't offered a refund for the sample pack they made me buy for no reason. When I asked for a refund they said I can only get a refund if I place an order. I think this is terrible customer service. Anyway, I still couldn't make out the colours so the customer service advisor said they'd send me larger pictures of the fabric within 34-48 hours. It's been longer than that and I haven't heard back. I knew they wouldn't get back to me as the customer service advisor didn't even ask for my email address and I had to remind him to ask me (how was he thinking to send me the pictures without an email address?)

Due to lack of knowledge, one of our associates incorrectly advised you to order our Free Swatch Kit. As of now this kit only contains samples of our cover fabrics, not blinds (the blinds are more rigid). We have submitted a full refund for the Swatch Kit order; please allow up to 7 business days for it to be processed.
The second associate you communicated with did send out a request to our production team for more pictures, but failed to follow up when none were received. Your email address was not requested because your chat history would have shown it (you had typed it on your first chat) but it should still have been verified proactively.
We understand it may be too late now; nevertheless, a supervisor will follow up on this and send you the promised information in the next few days.
While we make great efforts to deliver high quality products and superior customer service, we understand that there is room for improvement. This is my second cover purchased, the first being for my BBQ and this one my Adirondack chair. I have neen very satisfied with both. They have been well made and a good fit. They allow a small amount extra on dimensions to allow for easier fitting. Don't allow any extra yourself. I did with my BBQ cover and it is slightly too long. I gave exact measurements for the chair and it fits perfectly.
They are made to measure so allow longer for delivery. This came about a week after the date given in my despatch email.
The web site provides 3 qualities of material and various option to tie down/secure.
