The covers I ordered arrived and I am very pleased with them. They are the right size, they are well made and seem robust - just what I need. However, they took forever to arrive. It is true that there was a wait anticipated. I was advised that it would take over a month for the covers to arrive. I was given a date of 4th December. Fine. However, the 4th arrived and went. I waited a week and then contacted their office explaining that I was still waiting. They were very nice and advised me there was a problem and that I would get the covers soon. I waited more than another month. They arrived in the middle of January. Long time to wait.
Easy user friendly website. Highly recommend. Covers arrived. Material is hard wearing and really well made. Would definitely recommend them.
Very easy site to order on so pleased with the initial experience. Delivery was delayed by just over 3 weeks which was disappointing but company was pretty good at communicating and responded to my email. Items are shipped from India so did take time after dispatch. The curtain is well made and perfect to keep a bit of warmth in our gym garage.
Ordered a custom-fit cover for my cushion storage box in the garden. Easy process, after a couple of emails was able to sign off the finished spec. Delivery was 2 weeks quicker than promised date. Cover fitted perfectly - cushion box now fully waterproof!
I ordered the cover on 06/01/2021, and it was delivered on the 19/01/2021.
Before I ordered I sent a photo of the table, & checked with "Cover & All" about the length of the push clips that they provide, & as they are approximately 16"-19" in length, decided to go with the drawstring only option. (Due to table design, push clips would not reach & secure to the table legs).
Table is an Asda George Miami glass topped table. The top frame is 1.5 inch deep, so i was hopeful that pulling on the drawstring would keep a 2 inch deep cover in place.
However the drawstring supplied, does not go all the way around the cover, (short drawstrings to 2 corners only, extend approx. 12 inches to iether side). Mean that the cover is held to the top at only 2 corners.
Fabric type is Cover Tuff in Blue colour, which seems to be a good quality fabric, but only time will tell how it holds up to sun exposure.
For the reasons stated above I have given the cover supplied 3 stars.

Per the FedEx tracking site it was delivered on 22 January at 12:20pm. We certainly understand the frustration and inconvenience this delay must have caused.

The mismatch with target delivery dates and actual delivery dates was really frustrating - a gap of 2 months. This can be put down to the impacts of the Covid-219 pandemic.
The actual product - clear tarpaulin with edging and eyelets - is really good. I have yet to fit the product so time will tell whether this will last - I suspect it will and will meet the specific need - weather protection for my chicken house

Was very pleased to come across a company that did made-to-measure covers. A potting bench had been lovingly made but not a standard size. Pleased we could cover it for the winter months.
The cover I ordered was not straight forward and I could not have had a better customer experience. Discussion by email and by phone with the design team were excellent. It did take a little longer to get the cover but better that it be correct than rushed and incorrect. No extra charge for the extra work they did to make sure the design was correct. They went above and beyond. Would highly recommend them.
Based on a prior purchase from Cover & All I bought the inflatable cushions - sadly they are poor quality, deflate easily and consequently won't do the job. I will not be buying from this company again.
