It was worth the wait. My outdoor ‘Chimnea' is now covered to protect it from the weather. The material looks like it will stand the test of time. It's a little baggy due to the excess that's been added, but overall, I'm impressed.

Delivery took absolutely ages. The covers are okay. The measurements are not quite right (there must be a minimum depth, I imagine, as my covers are deeper than ordered) and also the stitching is a little off in places.

After giving the dimensions for an oval table and chais there was a late piece of advice from you to buy a round cover. That Mede no sense. I had ordered a side and top cover plus curtains for our pergola and was initially given a delivery date of 12/2/21. The items arrived on 8/2/21 which was great! They did come in two separate deliveries though which caused some confusion as there was no packing slip or any other indication to clarify the contents of the parcel, I. E. which parts have I received and what is still in transit.
The items themselves: cover and side cover are fine. The curtains are odd as according to the website there should be two separate curtains but mine came as one big sheet of material with a continuous header band with grommets and some weird stitching down the middle. My husband thinks it is one piece and not two pieces sewn together, so I am not quite sure what to do with this for now. I will find some sort of solution because shipping it back to India is not a great option.

The first one was dispatched via FedEx and you should have received an email notification that this was a partial shipment. Also, each product has a white taffeta label sewn on the back / inside that tells you which item from your order it is. For instance, COV123456/1 means it is the first item on your order confirmation email.
With regard to your Custom Outdoor Curtain, the pictures on the product page are example images to show the utilization of the curtains. As shown in the first image (diagram) the product is a single piece. The seam in the middle is when the curtain is larger than 4 feet; it is made by joining two or more pieces, according to the ordered size.
To order two curtains as shown, you can either divide the measurements yourself and increase the quantity to 2, or you can enter the full measurement of your window and use the notes section to ask us to split it into two appropriately.
