A good reliable service. From ordering online, and amendment by phone, to delivery on date specified. We had to phone to adjust one of the measurements we gave, but this was not an issue. Luckily we saw the mistake after printing off the order and rectifying it by phone. The covers came on time and we are pleased with the quality, they are very well made.

We carefully measured our awkwardly shaped table tennis table and ordered a cover. The company emailed us back to clarify that they understood exactly what we needed and I slightly changed the order after remeasuring. The cover arrived today and it is perfect!

Be aware on ordering order was confirmed for approximately 2 weeks time but had no follow-up email and finally arrived 9 days later than promised.
When ordering it was a little unclear whether 2 extra inches would be added to the measurements given. I gave the measurements of the top of my trailer, thinking that the 2 extra inches would act as an overlap. What I received was a cover that was the exact measurements that I gave. I could have done with the extra protection. The quality of the item is excellent, with a good finish. Shame really about the misunderstanding.

Good order experience. After order i was sent a technical drawing to confirm size, make up etc. Surprised by the long shipping time but when it arrived (a week earlier than advertised that was explained by it being made in and shipped from India.

Can't fault the service I received - the cover I wanted made was a bit of an unusual size as needed it to slip over a wall hung outside bar. Upon sending in my order, I was messaged to double check the sizes and then after a couple of queries I had, was sent an image of what it would look like. The communication was excellent and they responded very quickly to questions I had, after being sent to production my cover was received very quickly and fits like a glove

All our products are handmade; regrettably, due to inconstant circumstances we ended up with unanticipated backlog in production and missed the promised date.
