I read all the negative reviews and really didn't expect the order to turn up at all. However, turn up it did. I was able to track the package and the covers arrived on the day stated. They are really great covers-I ordered 5 covers in 2 different sizes, so 10 covers altogether in a dark grey. The zips go around the sides making removal of the foam pads so easy. They are waterproof and really well made, and fit beautifully, a great addition to our outdoor furniture. Thank you Covers and All.

Very easy to order and masses of choice. Good quality material which is made to measure, so it fits well. The only negative is that the elastic does not go all the way round meaning that it gaps in places, so only 4stars. This really only affects it aesthetically and does not impact on function. Overall I'm very pleased and delivery was faster than expected.

This design for the elastic (i. E. at intervals instead of a continuous piece on the perimeter) has been arrived at after some trial and error. Apparently, the elastic is more likely to loosen over time if it is a single, unyielding piece. It also makes the cover easier to put on, stretching only at the spots it is required to.

A fine product, it does what it should, but why oh why, in these times of trying to reduce waste, does a tarpaulin, which is fundamentally a hardwearing waterproof item, come wrapped in cellophane, which is then wrapped in bubble wrap (!), and then sealed in another plastic postage bag! Just Fold it, and put it in cardboard! Shame on you.

We use third party courier services and do not have control over handling of the package in transit. Hence, when packaging a product our primary objective is to prevent damage in transit.

I have made a complaint regarding the damage cover and have chase up twice and are still waiting for there response.

We package each product as securely as possible. Regrettably, sometimes a product gets damaged in transit due to improper handling of the package. While we have no control over this, we accept full responsibility for delivering the product safely to you. Per your conversation with our Quality team, we have issued a replacement which was delivered on 24 March. We trust everything is in order now. If you can find a (safe) use for the damaged cover, please feel welcome to do so.

They built the cover from the manufacturers sizing. It fits perfect and is of excellent quality.
Easy ordering had quite a long delivery estimate but arrived within 2 weeks. Very happy with our order a good quality product
Great service and received the covers much earlier than expected. However I have not got a chance to try the covers yet as the weather hasn't been good.
