After a long wait interspersed with unsolicited advertising from Cover & All, I have finally received this item, only to find that it has a health warning hidden inside the zip. It apparently contains toxic substances. There was no warning of this on the website, but, much more seriously, I seem to have purchased a product that endangers the health of those who make it. This is clearly not an ethical purchase and I am very annoyed at being inveigled into making it.
The Cover was perfectly made, arrived well-before the delivery date that was given and it was superbly made. It was exactly what I wanted and fits perfectly. I also received a bag to store the Cover in and this was just as good as the item itself. Thank you very much indeed.
Ordering and quality of item 5 * - no issue whatsoever.
My only disappointment is that I thought I was purchasing from UK - appears not!

Great quality delivered earlier than stated on original order. Why does this box need 50 characters
Order was placed mid feb for delivery in early March. Today is the 18th March and it's still not here. Generic email responses about a ‘fast moving situation' aside I have received no help from them at all to advise why it's taken so long. They have stated that shipping delays are out of their control and won't do anything to help as it's in the ‘terms and conditions.' Don't be fooled by the. co.uk domain either. The goods are shipped in from India and customer service is also based there. It is been the worst online experience of my life.

In the form of assistance, upon receipt of your complaint on 16 March we immediately escalated this to our account manager at FedEx. You are copied on that email. We also processed a 10% refund on the order value despite having already notified you at checkout that we are not liable for a refund due to transit delay.
