I bought this custom made cover for my Husbands weighting bench where he had tarpaulin covering it but with the weather it was never suitable, this cover & all is perfect, it fits great over it. Will definitely recommend to my friends & family.
I rang the company after attaching drawings of my custom-fit sofa covers and online measurements on their website. I spoke to staff to ask if they would be understood. I was very kindly assured things would be okay. Customer service was impeccable. What a fabulous company. The covers came almost a week earlier and they are wonderful.

When I ordered this product it seemed like a long arrival time however it arrived over 2 weeks earlier. The product is great & perfect for what I want! One very slight downside. The addition of a bag to pack it into seemed a waste-I am using the product not storing it. Apart from that very pleased!
The quality of both the cushion covers and the bench cover are excellent. The cushion covers fit perfectly, and the bench cover is made to the measurements I gave but I wish I'd made it slightly bigger, it's a perfectly snug fit but a bit of slack would have made it easier to put on and take off.
They did do the cushions in the wrong colour, which I'm not sure about but will probably keep them because I'm stereotypically British and don't like to make a fuss, and also because my husband does like the colour.

Simple process from beginning to end. Shipping updates arrived regularly and goods arrived well before the estimated date in good order.
Good service, I was able to order the size and colour I wanted and the whole thing was delivered within 3 weeks which was pretty good as a lot of companies refuse to ship to Northern Ireland. The product seems good quality, probably more suited to outdoor furniture, but fine for Conservatory. It looks well!
Needed some dust covers for my amps, which are very new and I wanted to keep them that way. The maker of the amps don't make dust covers for these models but do for others. The covers took some time to arrive but given they are custom made that is understandable. The quality is very good and they look very authentic with the makers logo on them. Overall I am very pleased with the outcome. Thanks.

From our internal notes we see that our support team did put in an expedite request each time you contacted us. All our products are handmade; regrettably, due to inconstant circumstances we ended up with unanticipated backlog in production and missed the promised dates. We are working hard to scale up our production capabilities and improve our turnaround time. While these efforts (which include building a new, much larger production unit) are ongoing, we have also applied some solutions in the interim that have resulted in significant improvement over the last few weeks.
Per the UPS tracking page the remaining two curtains were delivered on 17 March.

Really pleased with the cover we purchased and the whole process. Kept regularly up to date with emails and they even asked me to double check the measurements and send in a photo of the item that was being covered to ensure it would fit. Excellent company would would definitely use again.
