Cover delivered well ahead of schedule. The bag that comes with it however had a damaged zip. This is disappointing. I have not contacted the company for a replacement but believe the goods delivered should be fit for purpose.

We were able to tailor the size and strength of the tarpaulin to fit our logstore. It has reinforced edges to ensure that it will cope with inclement weather. We liked the different options available when ordering. It arrived quickly and looks good!

All our products are handmade; regrettably, due to inconstant circumstances we ended up with unanticipated backlog in production and missed the promised date. We are working hard to scale up our production capabilities and improve our turnaround time. While these efforts (which include building a new, much larger production unit) are ongoing, we have also applied some solutions in the interim that have resulted in significant improvement over the last few weeks.
With regard to the size, from the pictures you shared the difference appears to be about 1 cm. As explained by our support team a minor variation is possible since the products are made by hand. This is also mentioned on the product page. Neverthtless, for your satisfaction we have refunded 10% of the product cost as a gesture. Thank you for accepting this as a mutual resolution. I was looking for a custom cover for my hen run and was able to order exactly what I needed. A few days later I wanted to change the size slightly and they very helpfully accommodated the change. The best thing though was that it arrived 2 weeks earlier than I was expecting!:-)
WOW... Very good website,, but that is where it ends. Covers and all (India, not UK) messed up my tarp, with the wrong measurements. They then offered me 30% discount (which was on their website anyway) which I obviously didn't find amusing and they kept arguing that it was my fault... they then demanded that I pay the extra for the material (£7.03 against a £100 order), which I eventually paid through gritted teeth. Then came the order acknowledgement (which ironically, was identical to the original order, which I showed them)... so I paid £7.03 extra and received the same order confirmation, but they were still saying it was my fault. Why would you upset a customer for them to write an honest review for the sake of £7.03?
Every time you try and speak to a manager, the manager is conveniently never there... plus the call centre is in India, where they have no idea regarding customer service; great product, but non existent customer service.
They even know when you are calling (which is why I was probably kept waiting for 45 minutes) and then they answered and said "Hi Ben"... which was a bit of a give away really... so I then put 141 in front of my number (which withholds it) and voila... and the next time they answered promptly!
The new trap they sent had 1" high purple numbers on it which was probably done on purpose out of spite, as they could have cut this bit off, as it was 3" from the end. At this point, I could no longer be bothered with contacting them again and will put up with what I have.
If you want peace of mind, shop elsewhere... disgusting company / people.

Excellent website, easy to navigate and huge variety of choice. Particularly liked the customisable sizes and the ability to select optional extras (re-enforced edging and brass eyes). I've had the tarpaulins up on my gazebo for a few days now and can't speak highly enough about the quality of the materials and workmanship. I did submit an e mail query shortly after I placed the order and this was responded to by return. As an extra bonus, the items arrived sooner than expected and were very securely packaged. Great experience all round - would be happy to recommend

I was nervous about this as I saw some bad reviews after I ordered but I could not be happier with the service and the product. I ordered covers for a self converted camper van and they've finished it off beautifully! I made a mistake with the colour when ordering which I contacted customer services about on the web chat, they rectified the issue within 5 minutes and I received an an email confirming the change had been made soon after. They were a little late in delivery but again contacted customer services and they informed me to expect them in the next 10 days. 10 days later they arrived the quality is beyond my expectation, especially for the cost! Excellent service and value would definitely use them again
