My cover came within approx 3 weeks. I received an email advising me of the delivery date it came 3 days early. It fits very well, is very strong and I am very pleased with it. We had strong winds in the week and the cover stayed on perfectly.
I ordered a few covers for my balcony cushions. I didn't expect them to be of such good quality so I ordered more for some more cushions. But they came in a different shade of grey. I was disappointed and ordered new ones- and they came in a THIRD shade of grey. By that time I gave up, it was too much hassle to deal with the company and wait for new covers but then out of the blue, I got an email saying they would replace ALL the covers to make sure they were all the same shade of grey. And now they are here and it looks great. They really are of great quality. But a piece of advice, make sure you really get the measurements right which isn't easy sometimes. Double-check 3 rimes!

I measured up for a mobility scooter assuming I'd get a rectangular cover. However, they asked for more measurements and delivered a more bespoke well fitting, sturdy cover that looks good. Very pleased.
I ordered 6 x 45cm square box foam cushion covers in charcoal to replace my white covers which had become very dirty. They arrived 2 weeks later and I am delighted with the quality. The fabric is much better quality than the originals and each one is fitted with a good quality zip taking in 3 sides which allows the cushion cover to be fitted. The previous covers only had the zip on one side and didn't enable the covers to be removed for cleaning. I had to call them to make an adjustment after first placing the order and the gentleman I spoke to was very helpful. I would thoroughly recommend this company but it would be essential to ensure you have measured your item very carefully.

From what you have described it seems you have received the actual air bag without the outer fabric coating. This does not affect the functionality of the air bag.
