Very impressed. Cover & All asked me to check some measurements via their online portal and then sent a scale drawing for me to double check. The cover came on the date advised and fitted perfectly!

Covers arrived two weeks earlier than quoted. They were exactly as We wanted. The customised fitting for the chairs and table were perfect. All the covers were very well made.
Absolutely excellent. Their design engineers recommended that I Re measure so they could make a tailored fit to the shape of the unit. Web site is good and allows you to take a few pictures etc so they know what they are making. 2 weeks later product arrived Very good quality material and perfect fit. This is not an English company! It is an Indian company ‘hiding' behind a UK web address. The cover has not been produced as specified - I requested a drawstring and ended up with a ‘clip'. Delivery is farcical - originally delivery was advertised as 3 to 5 days but at order confirmation it turned out to be over 2 weeks. Through online chat, email and telephone calls I was offered a Premium delivery service at extra cost. Once I paid the Premium surcharge the confirmed Delivery Date went backwards to 2.5 weeks! Enough said! It took another 5 telephone calls and emails to expedite it to 1.5 weeks!

I ordered ‘square cushion covers' for my outdoor rattan furniture cushions. They look great, amazingly well made & have transformed my outdoor furniture!:)
I was a little apprehensive, as they were not expensive- considerably cheaper than other places, but the quality is really good, better than the original covers that I had!
The delivery time was good, considering they are custom made in India, then shipped over.
I would highly recommend this company.
Before placing an order for outside cushion covers, i had a few on line chats with the company website chat line. They were very helpful, so i placed my order. When they arrived i was extremely happy with the quality of the material and how they were made,. Unfortunately i thought i had ordered 16 and i only ordered 8 so i have had to place another order. Even though it has cost me much more money than i thought, i have been very happy with the service and the quality. I would have liked a few shades lighter but they didn't make them lighter. Still i am happy with them

I requested a possible difficult ask to make a large circular cover for our daybed ( garden furniture). It fitted perfectly, great quality including the zip, for ease to get the foam inside. Highly recommend.
First rate as usual had problems ordering on normal Google the customer service put me right and told me to use Chrome. Second time using this company the quality of the tarp with the finishing of eyelets and edge stitching is very good, very reasonably priced too!

Although expensive the product is totally worth it. Make sure you measure correctly. Our cushion covers arrived in good time and are very well made. They look great! Thank you.

It is also promptly disclosed when asked. We neither hide nor advertise this fact, because we have learned that it is not relevant to our customers as long as they receive a high quality product. The UK web domain simply helps us use language and currency suitable for customers in the UK.
Your order was placed on 15 March with Standard Ground shipping for delivery by 7 April. This reflects on your order confirmation email as well. We offer faster turnaround options - Express, Priority - but neither of these was selected when you placed your order. Moreover, this date is subject to change upon the finalization of the design (drawing).
As it turned out, your order was delivered on 1 April (earlier than the original Standard Ground delivery date). We have even refunded the Priority fee though we did rush your order ahead of other Standard Ground orders placed the same day.
With regard to the tie down, we apologize if we have applied the wrong one. We request you to visit the product page once and view the example image provided for drawstrings, since it does have a small 'clip' to lock the drawstring.
