We were looking to replace our patio furniture seat & back pads. After sourcing some better quality foam we needed new covers to fit them. Covers & All were very helpful helping us with the dimensions for the covers when we phoned them. Very easy to order online & the quality is very good. We are so pleased with the new covers which make our patio furniture look like new. Very well made & strong double ended zips. Would definitely recommend.
The ordering experience was very good and I was really pleased with the quality when my covers arrived, I would highly recommend from that perspective. The only thing that let it down slightly was the delivery, the items arrived 4 days after the promised date, I was able to track on UPS but that just made me more nervous as my parcel seemed to be going all around the world! Having said that I would definitely use them again in the future.

Only two restraints were provided which would be expected to join 2 of the anticipated 4 legs, however, it was advised at ordering that the fire pit had THREE legs Not 4. The delivery is way too long for a set of samples particularly as I had to pay nearly £10 delivery. Your product looks good but let down but such slow delivery.

The £11.99 charge covers the basic cost of handling, postage (we use only FedEx or UPS), and VAT. The kit itself is free. The delivery date is automatically calculated based on our current Standard Ground turnaround which is 15-17 business days.

Second time we have used this site. First set of covers were excellent, which is why we have bought from here again. Discovered, though, upon tracking my package, that the covers are made in India and shipped over here. Had I known this, I probably wouldn't have ordered from them since the carbon footprint is huge. My parcel has been to 2 places in India, shipped to France, then Stansted airport and finally to Cardiff. I really thought I was ordering from and supporting a firm based in Britain. Can't fault the quality of the covers but have been trying to be greener and was disappointed to find that they're not made here. Does help to explain why they seem to be taking longer to ship.
